I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Ricky. He’s truly a standout employee—soft-spoken, polite, and an absolute gentleman. From the moment I interacted with him, his positive attitude was clear, and he never missed a step in making sure everything was right. Ricky went out of his way to ensure great customer satisfaction, and it honestly made the visit better than expected. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him.

Wow. This is clearly a well-run CFA. Delores took our order and was very friendly and concerned with getting our order right. The dining room was clean as was the restroom, and the restroom was well stocked with fully functioning motion sensors (thank you!). A customer dropped a drink on the floor, and Ricky was quick to clean it up with a friendly attitude. We enjoyed chatting with him. Such fine people here! It was a pleasure!

Im very happy with the customer service today. I didnt think anything about the hours being different because of new years. Did a moble order and when I got there i saw they was closing. I call and talk to a member she was very nice and she let me know where it was a small order she would push it through and bring me the order to my car. I’m very happy that they did this. Because this made my little girl day. Im blessed to see there is still good people and food place. Thank you so much.

What the heck this is the worst service I have ever had a Chick-fil-let. Sent my husband through the drive through and the chicken was overcooked and fries old. So disappointing. The worst part is my burger was half made. See photo please check your order before you drive off. I hope they make this right.

I always see the long lines of people so i decided to give it a go and see what the fuss was about. Clean place, courteous employees. My order came out fast. Its was ok. No big “whoop” or something to write home about. The fries were hot and crispy. But fact of the matter is, it’s just a chicken sandwich, that IMO I find highly overrated and overpriced at $6 .

We eat at Chic-fil-a when traveling bc we know they are always good.. hit this up at a very busy lunch time and the food was hot, fresh, and very good.. the staff was incredibly helpful and nice.. restrooms and dine in were the cleanest I had seen our entire trip.. other than at home meals we cooked while traveling this was hands down the best place to eat.. local “hotspots” in the mountains were garbage and double the price.. this was exactly what we needed on our ride home! Thank you for providing such good food and service..it was much needed at the time for our family♡

The spicy chicken sandwich with jack cheese, meal with fries and a drink hits the spot for lunch or dinner. There is a drive thru if you need it. The dining room has multiple tables. Room for pretty much any size group.

I got a mobile order before 8pm with a large Mac n cheese, when I got to the window I overheard this girl say “….. ordered a large Mac n cheese” with a stank face. I was then informed that I could wait 17 minutes for the Mac n cheese or cancel it, And when I said I would wait she rolled her eyes and walked away.. then she told the worker that did the stank face that I would wait with this dramatic tone. I never thought I would have this experience at a chick fil a when the drive through doesn’t close until 10pm!
Edit: they told the person behind us and laughed that we were waiting for Mac n cheese.

Love me some chick fila but this one has to be the worst. It seems like they leave something out all the time. Food item, utensils, sauce, It’s always something, if not an item the cup has drink all over the outside. Chick-fil-A in Wilkes needs to get it together and just slow down a touch and check the dang order.
