Had a rough day at work and decided to get some food for me and my family, I usually don’t check my bag because I trust that everything will be in my bag. I get home I am missing my large fries, and also I don’t have a bun in my sandwich. This has never happened to me. I use to work at a fast food restaurant also and I will make sure that the customer had everything in their bag before it was handed to them. Kinda disappointed this happened.

Ordered two spicy southwest salads. Upon receiving the salads I noticed that there was very little chicken in each. After weighing just less than 43 grams accounting for the cheese on the scale (1.5 oz) for each salad, I attempted to call the store. I got the voicemail and asked for a return call. I called again about 5 minutes later because I wanted to talk to an actual person. I heard them pick up the phone and place it on the counter( I could hear them working). The phone was busy for at-least another 25 mins so I went to the location. When getting there I verified that each salad was supposed to come with 3 oz of chicken. I then asked to talk to the manager who acted like they didn’t want to talk to me. When I explained the issue he simply said “okay, so what can I help you with?” Then he said that in order to discuss any refunds he would have to address it with the store manager. When I asked for him to give the store manager my number he stated that he couldn’t take my number and have the manager call me back. That I would have to revisit the store. When I asked when they would be there since I’d like to talk to them he asked “about what?” So now, I have to go back to the store a second time just to talk to the manager for resolution. And 1.5 hours later the phone is still off the hook. The shift manager tried to tell me that their phone wasn’t working…. Explain how I was able to leave a voicemail and also hear them work the second time they answered?

There is really nothing bad that can be said about Chick-fil-A and so I won’t. The food is good tasting and the employees are always very respectful and helpful. I say a. It expensive, but I guess that is the price you pay for quality!

Ive been to a lot of chic fil a’s and especially a lot down south. This is by far the slowest chic fil a I have ever been to in my entire life. Chic fil a is usually know for being fast. Expect to wait at least a bare minimum of 20 minutes in the drive through. Pick up can be equally as long unfortunately. This is enough for me to avoid this location all together. I can literally park my car in the line and turn it off, thats how long it takes.

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Vanessa for the past few years at the Chick Fil A location by target. I hadn’t seen here there for a while. It was so awesome to see she’s here! What a sweet face and wonderful energy to be greeted by in the drivethru. Vanessa, keep on being the memorable woman you are! Thank you for providing such amazing service through these years ❤️

I’m only giving a three star rating because Chicfila isn’t my usual go to for fast food. I just don’t see the hype about it. I will say the fries are very good and reasonably priced. I loved the cherry berry sprite! The food is good, not saying it isn’t! I just believe it’s a bit over priced in my own opinion!!

Our order was correct and the food was excellent and I have to commend Gabe. Gabe has been the “runner” on my last few visits and his energetic and positive attitude is contagious! You can tell Gabe takes great pride in ensuring that you are completely satisfied with everything before he darts off in between the vehicles to grab another order. I enjoy having someone who appreciates your business and has a smile for everyone.
I can’t imagine having to deal with John Q. Public, I’ve heard some of the exchanges from my own vehicle and I know it’s got to wear down anyone’s spirit. Gabe seems to take it in stride.
If you’re his supervisor, please let him know he’s doing a phenomenal job and his enthusiasm is not overlooked or unappreciated.
Go Gabe!

This Chick-fil-A used to get dozens of people through the drive thru all day and I thought it was a fluke at first but It has become genuinely difficult to get food at this location. I ordered breakfast on my phone and got there at 10:15 and the line did not move one single car for 15 minutes and then at 10:30 a worker came out to take orders and turn everyone away who had a mobile order. If they had explained to me that you shouldnt place mobile orders for breakfast past 10 or they ran out of food or something along those lines I would’ve understood because this Chick-fil-A is constantly overrun with people. It was the fact that this was my 3rd really poor experience here, and each time the staff was extremely rude about it which is extremely uncharacteristic. It was a 1 star experience but because I’ve had so many positive experiences with this Chick-fil-A in the past 3 stars seemed fair but I think I’m going to give this location a few months before going back.

I’ve loved Chick-fil-A for years and have always appreciated the food and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this Jacksonville location has been the worst experience I’ve had.
Every visit (about three in nine months) has involved order issues, but what’s most disappointing is the attitude when you bring it up. Instead of apologizing or taking ownership, managers question you as if you’re trying to scam them. When items weren’t rung up, I had no problem paying for them — but the response was condescending rather than helpful.
I’ve also had issues with rewards disappearing from the app after being scanned, and was told nothing could be done because a manager didn’t personally see me select it. On another visit, part of my order was made incorrectly, and when I asked why orders aren’t repeated back, I was told I “have to ask.”
Mistakes happen — I understand that. But the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy is disappointing. I truly hoped to build the same positive experience here that I’ve had at other Chick-fil-A locations, but this one has consistently fallen short.

So my food was correct, I got a spicy deluxe with a large fry and large dr. pepper, but I was given the incorrect receipt and change back. The change I was given matches the receipt that is not mine. I attached a picture of my sticker on my bag that says my meal and meal price, along with a picture of the incorrect receipt and change. The people working told me they weren’t allowed to fix or correct this issue. I’m genuinely baffled that they told me they aren’t allowed to fix this. I wonder if the customer whose receipt and change I was given was given my receipt and change. This is an issue though. CFA quite literally stole my money, even if it was just $5, then told me they aren’t allowed to give it back or do anything at all to help or fix the problem.
