LOVED IT! Staff was absolutely helpful. Brought us our food. Polite and friendly. My grandbabies loved playing in the little indoor playground. It was clean and safe. Bathrooms were clean and up to date. Would recommend 100%.

Normally everything is great but the last few times I have come, my order has been wrong even when it is correctly repeated back to me. I should have checked my order before I left given the last time I was there my order was also wrong but because it was repeatedly correctly I didn’t. I’m now already at work and cannot go back to get it corrected, for the second time in a weeks time span. It is even correct on the sticker, but the food is not.

Service was great and fast especially given it was during a peak lunch hour, but i found a hair on my sandwich when i was more than halfway through it it looks like facial hair, which i have none of. i tossed it after that.

The man who took our order was very monotone and quiet. I ordered a 8 count nugget meal. I only got 7 nuggets, my fries were barely warm, and it took ages to even get our food. My friend got a grilled 8 count meal. She got 10 nuggets and her fries were also not very warm. Her order took 5 min longer than mine did. The young lady who brought out our food was not friendly either. The store was semi busy but not really. I work at one myself and this was the slowest chick fil a I have ever been too.

I wanted to recognize Ms. Denis, she’s SO sweet and friendly anytime me and my husband stop through to eat. She does her upmost to ensure the dining tables are cleaned and sanitized and that the floors are clean and clear to walk. She’s so polite and is absolutely wonderful conversation. She is a gem and deserves the world!!! Thank you for everything you do ms. Denis!!!

We’ve always loved Chick-fil-A — the food, the service, and the consistency. But this Jacksonville, NC location is definitely a bit of a challenge to navigate. The parking lot and drive-thru setup are extremely tight — you literally have to drive around just to get in line, which feels a bit silly. That said, there’s really not much they can do about the limited space at this point.
Compared to our old Chick-fil-A in Algiers, New Orleans, which ran like clockwork with quick mobile orders and smooth traffic flow, this one just moves a little slower. The service is still friendly, and the food quality is what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — it just needs a few small adjustments to reach that same level of efficiency.
We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully the flow improves over time.

I had the exact same meal messed up 3 (the original AND TWO replacements). I will not be returning! Only giving 2 stars for past experience that were okay.
The first time they gave me the chicken fillet pictured. It is obviously cut in half amd is super thin. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order. They put a brownie that a can’t eat in the bag to “make up for it”.
The 2nd time they gave me both cheese and a regular bun (can’t have dairy or gluten), regular lemonade with sweet tea (can’t have anywhere near that anount of sugar), and refused to make the side salad without cheese, so I couldn’t get the original combo I ordered.
The third time, I asked for a gluten free bun and they gave me no bun at all and, again, gave me regular lemonade with sweet tea. At this point I just asked for a refund.
The service and food has gone way down hill to the point of ridiculousness.
Also, what’s up with the weird changes to the parking lot and taking away curbside?! If the line is long and you park, your trapped in the line to get out! Smh!

I placed an order for 100 persons, for a visitation, in the aftermath of twin 7 year old Grandkids… The Manager was most helpful, courteous, professional and sympathetic… She made this seem near effortless…

Good is good when done right. Strawberry milkshake was not as good as other locations. Thru traffic should have a way out as I am currently done with meal and cannot leave the parking lot.

Definitely not the best chickfila- 9 /10 they will get something wrong or miss something like the toppings or dressings for your salads or forget the cheese on your sandwich. They need to train the workers to pay closer attention to the orders better.
