I just want to say that, as busy as you were today, that line moved super fast! I always order several bags of ice, and usually have to wait, but your drive thru crew was on point today. I think it was less than 10 minutes in line and cars were lined around the building when I got there. Great job today guys!

I just went thru the drive thru and when I got home I started eating. Then I find this in my fries. It’s solid hard and it smells bad. I was disgusted I had to throw my food away.

Each time I go here I ask them for a large meal. Then they charge me for a large meal but give me either a medium or a small. It’s not a coincidence anymore. This has happened each time I have gone here and I have gone at least 50 times. I even tell the person taking the order, “that was a large right?”, they confirm and tell me yes. I then get to the window to pick up my food and they give me a medium or small meal. This has happened to multiple people I know who go here also. It must cut them costs a lot by doing this with them “accidentally” giving you a small or medium instead of a large. Also, why do they have people outside taking people’s orders if there is a machine? Clearly the people can’t get the order right. Oh and let’s make sure we’re closed on Sundays too because we’re special. Only good thing about this place is the food

The food was delicious as always. The Cobb salad is a nice big entree, and I love the options for the kids’ meals. It was clean and the high chairs are great. The play area is small, but the kids love it. Service was only adequate, which was a little disappointing since it’s usually stellar at Chick-fil-A.

Food is great as always, but one of their employees (a grandmother type) kept coming over to our table and rubbing her hands on our infant (less than 3 months old). This CFA is one of the few options available for our 3yr old to have somewhere to play inside, and now we feel we can’t go because this woman doesn’t know how to keep her hands to herself. Disappointing that we can’t go back, but also disgusting that she was clearing food/drinks from tables and then came over and put her hands on my child’s head/face before I could move him away from her.

This location has plummeted in terms of service and quality of food. I don’t know who redesigned the drive-through, but it is horrible. Wait times have become unbearable. The workers are rude, and the food isn’t what it used to be. I got a salad, and the chicken was the least tasty part. We will be going to the other drive-through location even though it’s farther away.

Chick Fil A is always good. But the redesign of this restaurant is so stupid. How is someone supposed to leave. You are held hostage by the drive thru line if you dine in. Absolutely nothing wrong with the previous design but they changed it anyway and now its slower and dumber.
