Very stingy with the sauces. The app states I’m entitled to 3 sauces with a large fry and 3 sauces with a 12 count nugget. So for both, i always choose chickfila sauce for a total of 6. Well the first few times i thought it was an honest mistake that i only got 3 sauces. Now I’m beginning to see it’s in a weak effort to boost their 8oz bottled sauce sales. Very tacky. The service is otherwise great, the employees are always delightful. My only other gripe is that I can never seem to get a true large fry. The carton is always half full or when it’s not slack, it’s full of broken pieces filled to the brim. I want to like this location so bad but these are a few issues that need to be addressed in my honest opinion.

I love chik fil a but this meal today at the Kinston, NC location was bad in our opinion The fries were lukewarm and all of them were broken pieces, the chicken was flat like a pancake and dry. The unsweet tea was watered down. Very disappointing meal. Service was very slow.

I got there at 10:20 and had to wait 10 min to 10:30 to get my pimento spicy sandwich with jalapeño. And I get home and get a plain sandwich. So I paid more for something I didn’t get. Love it

Customer Service was amazing. We were greeted in the drive thru and received our order immediately. Chick-Fila spicy chicken Sandwich was off the chain tasty and folks they have a spicy chicken Biscuit now too. Gonna try that for breakfast.

Service is very slow, food given away to the wrong table multiple times, trash over flowing, Employees standing around talking. The chic fil a in Goldsboro is so much better and cleaner. Thankfully there are cameras because I wouldn’t have believed it without seeing it that a chic fil a could operate this poorly.
