The only Chick-fil-A we got to in Wilmington area. It’s not the closest but the only one. We love that the management always listens and takes responsibility. They never get upset if you want them to fix something. In fact, the staff are always welcoming and caring. It’s rare nowadays. The place is always clean, also seems to be rare nowadays. Great for families with kids that have special needs and the play area is such a life savior. We also love all the chicken 🙂 and their frosted drinks are a nice treat for the kids. Again, the staff are the best, such nice people. I don’t even know how they find the time for that.

I personally have never had a bad experience at this Chick Fil A and I have been going here for over 5 years. I love using the mobile app so that I can fly through the mobile thru lane. The staff is always friendly and fast. It is a bit overpriced with the amount of serving you get but that’s why I have the app, so that I can earn rewards for free food. They also send free rewards out every once in a while, for customer appreciation.

As a Southerner, I have been eating and enjoying Chick-fil-A my entire life, and honestly, it just keeps getting better.
Whether I go to this location or am traveling across the country, the Original Chicken Sandwich tastes exactly the same every single time. The chicken is always juicy, the breading is perfectly seasoned, and the pickles provide the perfect crunch.
They have changed the waffle fries over time, so they are not the same as they used to be; however, they are still delicious.
During the lunch peak, having team members outside in the cold or extreme heat is not just for show. It creates a human connection that speeds up the process. They process orders at the speed of conversation, so by the time you reach the window, your food is often already waiting for you.
Overall, this is an excellent location that stays true to the brilliance that is Chick-fil-A.

Id say, its just ok. Normally its the food thats worth it there, but the wait & prices are just not worth it in my opinion.

After going to this specific location 4 different times. Ive found that their lines arent well managed, so people who might be at the front of the line will be sitting and waiting there, while people behind them will already have their food and cant move/get out of the line because people are behind them that just came in, and the people in front still haven’t gotten their order?
Not sure how that even happens since its supposed to be the first people in, are the ones whos orders are being worked on first. Shouldn’t be holding up an entire line of people who already received their food, doesnt make any sense. Literally got my food 3 min after pulling up, then sat there for 20mins in waiting to leave because of the other cars. I was only there for nuggest, fries and a lemonade.. I had finished them before even leaving while waiting in my car at the drive through….
I should’ve just gone in if I wanted to sit there and eat.

The staff is most always friendly and polite. However, this one young lady is the very best at customer service. No one can beat her. I have been there different times of day and she is always smiling and ready to help!

Found out that Chikfila uses MSG in their chicken. Found this out the hard way after experiencing chest pain and difficulty breathing after eating a 12 count nugget. Researched it and found out the truth. But you won’t see this disclosed in their ingredients on the app. This is a secret. A secret poison, more like. Chicken has been dry and oddly textured since they started using chickens with antibiotics. Went from a loyal, highest level rewards member to now boycotting the company.

Chik Fil A. You can do better. Very disappointed. First round of fries were not hot so my wife walked to counter and returned them. Even spoke to manager. This is how they filled my second round but it was in a paper bag so I didn’t notice. Also- no fried fell into bag this is legit how they served them. #1 Sandwich was good.
Service and atmosphere was rated low because several booths needed cleaning and my drink order size was filled wrong.

2nd time not good exoerience, but this location a first, with low quality freshness of the gf bun , wilted lettuce and pickles were mush. I called to let them know.. the young man thanked me for letting them know…. that was it ♀️ not worth the expense. We need a POPEYES in Wilmington! Js.
