This Chick-fil-A is amazing!! The food was delicious, bathrooms were warm/clean, and staff were very pleasant. The inside is very clean and the layout of the restaurant is really nice, it has a lot of windows. Very pleasant atmosphere and the mac and cheese was fresh! 10/10 recommend this location.

The staff are the friendliest, professional, and knowledgeable around. They never rush you, no matter how busy they are. The food is always hot and fresh. My daughter gets her breakfast before school here everyday. Also, the owner Mark is always willing listen to any concerns you may have. As long as things keep going this way, we’ll continue to patronize this establishment.

Every time I stop in Lumberton off 95, this Chick-fil-A is crazy crowded, like always. But the workers keep it moving and they’re real friendly. Food comes out hot, place clean, and even with the line I never really complain. Solid spot for a quick stop.

Me and a group of teenager girls came to this location. We sat near the front and we could see that the young guy Andrew was left to run the front at this location alone on a Saturday afternoon. He was doing the best he could, and was so very nice. He was taking all in person orders, refilling drinks alone and even making ice cream. One of the employees actually yelled at him because he was doing his best to keep up with all of it at once and I guess the ice cream needed more milk and it started making a loud noise. I felt so bad for him. The employee Kayla on the other hand was extremely rude to one our teenagers and told her to “wait” while she was ordering, and the whole time we were sitting she would roll her eyes and even at one point slammed a tray on the counter. She didn’t help Andrew at all! She was acting like she was working by wiping a table for like 20 mins. We watched it all. I did brag to another employee about Andrew but decided to leave the comments about Kayla on here. I have never seen a location where one employee runs the front with no help. As a manager myself, that isn’t fair and it needs to be fixed. Through all the chaos Andrew was kind and helped as much as he could. Thanks for your customer service! You deserve a raise, and hopefully the cooperate office sees this review and looks into that never happening again.

As always, quick clean deliciousness. Easy access off the highway and fairly fast lines. They have a dual drive through which is perfect and the inside is updated with a play pen for kids!! They forgot our ice cream but we’re quick to fix the problem with no delay

We were traveling through Lumberton. Ordered on the app. They have a special mobile order only line which was great. However, they didn’t give us straws or a fork. I had to eat the scrambled egg bowl with my fingers. A little frustrating! Food was good as always with chicken fil a.

Update from previous: Stopped in this am for 1st time since & the coffee taste like the other locations now, was not bitter! Food good also. Staff extremely helpful & much busier than last year! Will keep going!

Have been to this location a few times. My egg white Grill was perfect. Got a vanilla iced coffee and it was bitter so I asked for another one thinking it was the vanilla flavoring that tasted odd and just put half and half in this one. It was more bitter. I let them know that the coffee obviously was not right and I have seen others that posted bitter coffee at this location also. I buy iced coffee from Chick-fil-A’s all the time and they have never tasted like this. They were very nice though and the manager did ask how they could make it right.
