This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. I had the classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries, and everything was just perfect. The service was fast, the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and the entire restaurant was spotless. It’s always a pleasure to stop by Chick-fil-A—they never disappoint. Five stars all the way!

Food was great, atmosphere was clean. However, there are two lanes for the drive-through. I was unfortunately stuck in the outside one behind an employee that was socializing with a car in front of me. I waited as six or so cars passed on the inside lane while she carried on her conversation With her friend who was ordering food in front of me.
I don’t like to complain, but on this day in particular, I was in a rush and hoping to get fast food at a fast food restaurant. However, today, I got stuck behind what looked to be a very exciting conversation for about 8 to 10 minutes

I am from out of town and don’t have a chick-fil-a near me. I decided to order some because my hotel was in the same shopping center. I got a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Yum, you would think. Wrong! My chicken sandwich had no pickles, which I did not ask for and the bun was so soggy, it stuck to my finger tips. My fries were rock hard and dark brown. They were covered with so much salt, i could not eat it. My sauce spilled all over the place in the bag, and my coke was flat. I was taken care of by Amanda at the drive through. She was nice to me, but I heard her yelling at the kids in the background. It made my heart knowing that those babies are 13-17 years old. I called the next day to express my disappointment and I got no help except “I’m sorry and we will give you a refund.” I’m not asking for a refund, just for better service and food!!!!!

I am disappointed in a salad I ordered from here because I had to pick out quite a bit of the lettuce that was brown.
I have had this problem at several Chic-fil a restaurants here of late.
Unacceptable for the price you have to pay..

Jonathan is the greatest employee / customer service. Makes you feel welcome and has interest in all his customers. If I could give him 6 stars I would. First time meeting him and i will be coming back. CFA should highly consider him for manager.

I hate having to start my day with leaving a negative review. I ate breakfast at a different Chick FIL A for the last 12 months Monday through Friday. It’s the South Blvd location that is closing down for remodeling. Every employee there would cheer my mood up each morning and it was a great start to the day and I am so thankful! So I have to eat at the Waverly location since it is the closest, so far every day that I’ve ordered the same bowl I get each morning, I get a bowl that looks like it was quickly made and half the normal serving size. I don’t understand the point of eating breakfast if it only leads to disappointment at this location. Staff is friendly, but more attention to the product that they sell/serve is expected.
