The restaurant is very nice. The ambience is great. The service is fantastic. The chicken nuggets were pathetic. The eight piece chicken nuggets were little bitty pieces, mostly bread and barely filled up the box. The chicken salad was wilted and old. Neither looked very appetizing!! The grilled chicken sandwich was inedible. I can understand why you are able to get into this restaurant because most Chick-fil-A’s you cannot

I love this Chick-Fil-A! The only complaint I have is just that the employees just have to sit there and take insults from upset customers. I understand you are upset but you don’t need to sit here and yell at a 16 or 17 year old KID. I really hope the managers treat the employees well because some customers don’t.

We had breakfast and both of the hash brown boxes only had 8 hash browns which fills about half the box. Additionally, the chicken minis were missing the glaze on top. Food was still good, but overall a bit careless compared to normal chick fil a standards

We pulled into the inside lane and then realized it was mobile only – three people came to our window to tell us they couldn’t take our order and we’ll have to go around, when we asked if they could take our order anyway “sorry we’re not allowed”
So we tried to order while in line by mobile to prevent going around. Apparently to spend money here I need to make an account and download the app which I’m not doing.
We tried to spend money only to get road blocks.
Of all the fast food options I figured chick fil a would be the easiest to do business with.

Went here this morning for me and boy. Food pathetic. See photo. It looks like some sat on my chicken. Chicken biscuit and sandwich have went downhill over the years. Prices up and value and taste way down. This restaurant isn’t worth the wait in line and price anymore.

Definitely not worth the hassle. Placed a mobile order for breakfast, and by the time you get up to the scanner to scan your code it times out if you’re not able to before 10:30. Well since there was a long line for the mobile orders of course I wasn’t able to. So basically waited in that in for nothing, because we I got up to the front, was told they couldn’t even at least take the order for me up there. Just a waste and not worth it. Leason learned.

Went here to get a cob salad no corn extra egg I was pulled into VIP and waited for 5 mins to get home to have nothing I order correct with the salad. I took the salad back come to find out they are out of eggs ok I got a grilled chicken sandwich meal I get to the window to get my order and check my food to make sure it’s correct look at the sandwich is there is not meat on there. To get home and my sandwich is falling apart. I don’t recommend on going there they will mess your food up big time.
