At chick fil a in Charlotte airport on Wednesday morning in the am. I purchase a chicken biscuit It was gross burnt up. i threw the chicken in the garbage they should have never served anything looking like that. I tast it and almost threw up on the. I never experienced this at chick fil a. Check your order before leaving very disappointed.

The manager Dipti was awesome!! She is an absolute SAINT! I come through the Charlotte airport sometimes twice a month and she is always smiling,has a great attitude and is extremely patient. Chick-fil-A she deserves a huge raise!! I have seen her run the whole restaurant by herself. I was in awe! Thank you for the coupons and for giving me my breakfast on the house. I appreciate it.

This Chick-fil-a is the WORST. I thank God Mirankle didn’t take my order because every order she took seemed to be wrong. Wait 15 in line to order, then wait 37 min as one of an angry crowd for your food to be ready. And…. Your waffle fries will be cold. Like the heart of this cursed place.

Well it was Chick Fil A. Just as good as the next one. What I don’t understand is why food in the airport has to be SO expensive. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere in the Charlotte Airport. I’d give zero stars if the system allowed it.
The operations here are non-existent. It’s chaotic and completely uncoordinated. I waited 20 minutes and had to remind them twice that I had already paid for my food. Eventually, the manager had to attend to me while the employees were just standing there giggling. It’s not worth the hassle, especially when there are plenty of better, faster options nearby. Avoid at all cost.

Needless to say my order was wrong. I didn’t have time to check it. We were rushing to catch the flight. Boarded the plane an started to pass my grand children their food and what a mess this was. First of all the person who took the order didn’t take my name for the order. When it came up she read off the order.. I assumed that was in the bag. I spent $48.66 and got some body else’s food. I got 1 parfait 2 orders of fries and two 8 piece chicken nuggets. 1 apple juice 1 cup of water not sprite and a lemonade.

Charlotte Airport Chick-Fil-A located at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208 next to Gates A and B in the Airport is a high volume store. Food is freshly made as there is so much turnover in product. Employees were very friendly and upbeat. No wonder their line is always long!!

This airport location is a well oiled machine. The line was long and I thought it would take forever to get food, but I had a lot of time until my flight so I took my chances. The line moved fast, food was constantly coming out, and I’d say it was under 10 minutes to wait in line, order, and get my food. Food was hot.

I placed a mobile pickup order via Chick-fil-A app, was placed successfully and showed that the order was ready for pickup. Waited like 30 mins but my name wasn’t called out. When asked the lady said they don’t take mobile order! They should have removed themselves from the app then or at least placed some display warning stating no mobile orders! Waste of time had to catch connection flight so had to leave without food as there was a huge line for physical order

Chick fil a is great. Good airport food. The lines are bad and the system of going back for a fork, or sauce is terrible to navigate. The need to have stuff out for customers. I had to go back separately 3 times as I didn’t receive the correct drink, a fork, or sauces. Good food though!
