Went to the drive-through today and picked up a mobile order for a Chick-fil-A biscuit with egg. I used to get these all the time haven’t had it in a while. Something has changed, the chicken tasted odd. I ended up only eating half of the chicken and threw the rest away, it was also super greasy, but definitely had an odd taste to it. I’ve heard they changed some details on the type of chicken they use now maybe that’s it. I’m not sure. Either way. The chicken was not good. Disappointing.

Disappointing experience today. The bun on my son’s burger was extremely dry and fell apart. What was more concerning was the casual attitude from the manager and that the replacement had the exact same issue. Not the usual Chick-fil-A quality or service.

Honestly of you haven’t had chick fil a you have been living under a rock. Their chicken is so good and fried in peanut oil. Then their waffle fries are so good too. I always get the spices chicken deluxe. Their breakfast is good too. The breakfast burrito and bowl hot the spot every time and biscuit sandwiches are great too.

This Chick-fil-A location has never failed to provide great food and excellent service with a quick turnaround time! Being able to order via the app and avoid the drive-thru ordering line has made the experience even better! One time we accidentally placed our order at the wrong location, and the staff helped us tremendously in sorting out the issue: they contacted the other store to get the order canceled when it couldn’t be transferred, resubmitted it for us on the spot and had the whole thing in our hands within minutes!

Super fast, and delicious obvi lol. I mean it’s chik-fil-a. The only thing I don’t like about them is they got rid of their chicken salad. Which was silly. It’s called Chick-fil-A , they’re the folks who need to have it if anyone does! Just saying. I still give it 4.9 stars.
My friend has the chick-fil-a app and so she ordered our breakfast a minute before we walked inside. We go in, sit down, and within a few minutes they were bringing us our food. Less than 3 minutes. Super quick. I’m glad she has the app! I don’t go enough to need it really, and have limited app space. But it’s pretty convenient and so quick. You just go in and it’s brought out to you. You skip the lines and waiting part. They don’t leave it in a bag on the counter to get cold, and they don’t yell your name or order #. The lady that brought our food also came by our table twice, after serving us. Once to ask how our food was and if we needed anything else, and again toward the end when our drinks were getting low, to ask if we need a refill or bag. Name another fast food place that does that… Yeah. The idea of some of these places doing that is laughable. They won’t even look at you at McDonald’s half the time. Scared you’re gonna ask for a straw or ice cream
And I’ve never been somewhere that has everything out in the open to grab, they’re not stingy with their napkins and ketchup and straws, they’re well stocked, clean, and friendly. Lots of places have good food, but not everywhere has those qualities.
Chik-fil-a gets a lot of flack for certain things and some of its justified, but I’ll give credit where it’s due.

Today I ordered a chicken breast fillet, which was far too small. I approached the counter to inform them, and I was met with a rude attitude from the employee, Jann, who told me that was the standard size for the breakfast portion. She abruptly took my order and asked someone else, who then returned the product to me with the same explanation. I have ordered this same product multiple times and I know that the size was not correct. Furthermore, the attitude of the two people who served me does not reflect the values that this prestigious company stands for and teaches its employees. I expected more empathetic and courteous treatment. They didn’t offer me any options to exchange my product for another, and their treatment of me was completely dismissive.

When I first got there, there was a huge line and it went so super fast! The girl that approached me to take my order was very helpful and very sweet. I received my order very fast and again the girl was super nice! The food was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this location!

I waited 30 min to receive my one chicken sandwich and fries after seeing many receive their order of two or more items. I also asked for sauce which I had to wait extra min what’s the point of requesting if it will be forgotten.
