This morning I decided it was time for a chic fila breakfast with a smile. Being the only one in drive thur and pulling up I respond with Good Morning. All I get was NAME, no Good Morning back but a sour morning face by a young lady name Sadie who needs to be working at McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s. Anywhere but chic fila or better yet put her in the kitchen away from CUSTOMERS! I proceeded with my order and she repeated the order. I paid with a 10.00 bill, change was giving. I said Thank You, guess what? No, you’re welcome or anything. Coming from Georgia were it all started and I have been going to that chicfila for 5 years and NEVER EXPERIENCE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT BAD. Sometimes it’s not about the food at chic fila. It’s the customer service that makes the food Awesome. The smiles the employees show us that brings sunshine before work. Hopefully this review will get to the right person. I have always given this establishment a Great Review. I couldn’t let this slide and whoever hired that young lady needs to be retrain themselves on the type of personality that goes with Chic fila!

This Chick-fil-a is a step above all the rest! We sat down inside and got better service than any other sit down restaurant in the area. The employees, especially Don, were a ray of sunshine and very helpful (filling cups, taking trays, and keeping it very clean all while seated)! Great and speedy service.

I has a great experience at this location, I normally don’t eat fast food. Buti was traveling and was limited on my options.
My order arrived quickly and everything was fresh, even the waffle fries were fresh from the cooker. Everything was Delicious
All the employees were Extremely friendly and provided Awesome customer service skills. I was blown away to be honest. If this location was closer to my business I would have offered a few of the employees jobs and try to steal them away from Chick-fil-A.
Before I left I ordered a milk shake and a chicken wrap for the road.
The wrap was excellent with the avocado lime dressing. And let’s just say the Milkshake didn’t last long , It was Delicious.
Don’t hesitate to stop in if your in the area, and if you have time, eat in the dining room .

Really busy location when we passed through, the line didn’t really move through too quickly either. The express lane did help, but still took a while to filter through. Fresh and made to order, overall a decent experience

The slowest I have ever experienced. Was in line for breakfast at 10:25 with three cars ahead and took until 10:36 to get waited on and manager was aware but said he would see if there are leftovers. 3 minutes later left empty handed. Definitely a could care less attitude. Will not return to this one. Only review I have ever posted.

Update: we met the lovely Darlene on August 16, 2024. To be greeted by her is just wonderful! She is so warm & kind. She also took our order and helped me redeem a reward.
The owners must know Darlene brings something special to customers. Glad I met her! I was shopping & running errands with my mother-in-law and she wanted a tiny bite to eat between lunch and dinner so we shared a little something & “darling Darlene” just made our day!

The young men that handed me my sweet tea and sauces were so courteous.
I love great customer service and this location knows how to offer it!
