The lady manager that was here 2-25 is the most rude ive ever encountered. I spend so much money here, they know me by name. She is obviously comfortable talking to people any kind of way. My nuggets weren’t done at all. Fries taste like they had been up all day. I wont be returning to this location, the new one on hilltop doesn’t have these issues.

i often come here to get a spicy deluxe sandwich and fries. For some reason this location never wants to give chick-fil-a sauce packets. I have to ask them every single time and they barely put 2 in there. Every time i forget to ask them they never put the sauce in the bag. I went one time and tried to get 3 sauce packets instead of 2. I asked the person in the drive through and she walkie-talked it in. Next thing you know the manager saying they cant do it but could never come outside and talk about it. Weird people, but anyways the food Is not bad.

I don’t know if the staff thought it was funny to be so insulting, or were just plain ignorant. When I give my name “Bill” For the order, there’s no need to add a mister. Have you ever googled “Mr. Bill”? I’ve had to live with being associated with some claymation cartoon character since I can remember. Is perfectly fine just to use the name that I give you. I’m not someone who usually give a mediocre review; however, it is deserved! I ordered a market salad and got back to the hotel and discovered I had not salad dressing or napkins so, I went back to the restaurant. No apology of any sort was offered. The food was good so that is something. Don’t like Chick-fil-A as much any more since they are mostly a drive through restaurant. Get em in and out quickly and little to no customer service. The parking lot is a challenge to negotiate and eating inside isn’t the same anymore! Since Mr. Cathy passed the restaurant has changed! Not for the better!

I’ve been to this location maybe 6x since it opened, once inside & the rest drive thru & because of the drive-thru it is my least favorite Chick-fil-a. The food is always on point, staff is friendly but the mobile lane is ridiculous. I haven’t been in it once where you make it thru before the other lane. The other lane could be 2-3x longer and those cars will zip thru before mobile. I’ve even got my food before the 2-3 cars in front of me & have been able to finish my burrito before I make it thru.

Well after my last visit to Macdonalds in monroe on 74 to bring me grandchildren to the playground which turned out to be a nightmare filthy dirty. I thought I would try Chick-fil-A in monroe on 74 what a difference clean good atmosphere the manager ever came to our table and filled our drinks there’s a girl is on the floor constantly cleaning tables the manager even swept up, now I know where I’m going to bring my grandchildren for dinner and playground.

I love chickfila. Normally when I order to pick it up inside it’s great. But every time I go to the mobile order drive through its horrible. The kids that were working tonight were not focused at all. They were laughing and giggling for a solid 5 minutes before they even asked me what the name I was there for was. I would be less irritated about that if my sandwhich had on it what I payed for. Overall, decent restaurant but don’t use the mobile drive through.
