What has happen to the fries. I might as well just get the sandwich and not the meal. They just taste like very hot cardboard now. There is no salt no seasoning. It must be why the ask you several times if you want a sauce, even when you so no right up front. They know you need something to cover the trash the call fries now. Yeah I’m done with this location.

This evening, I experienced some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, only to be met with blatant rudeness and hostility. The manager on duty, KAYLA (the only manager working the night of 1/7/26), was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and openly confrontational from the moment I arrived.

I placed a large order for my family—this was not a minor purchase by any stretch. Kayla claimed my order was “nowhere to be found” in their system. Despite me clearly presenting both my order confirmation and the charge reflected in my bank account, she flatly stated that she “didn’t care” because it was not showing on her screen.

I immediately contacted customer support, who confirmed without hesitation that my transaction was valid and visible on their end. They could not understand why the store could not see it and explicitly stated that it was the manager’s responsibility to fulfill my order. Kayla refused anyway, denying me the food I had already paid for, offered no solution, took no accountability, and instead told me to leave the store.

What makes this situation even more upsetting is that I have always believed Chick-fil-A to be a company known for respect, professionalism, and going above and beyond to meet customer needs. That expectation was completely shattered. Being spoken to and treated this way—after paying a significant amount of money—is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and accountability displayed by this manager was shocking and deeply disappointing.

Food is pretty mid for CFA. The drive through situation is ridiculous, though. They have a mobile order line which is empty at all hours and let the line back up out of the parking lot while two kids freeze in 30° weather. Pretty done with this location, I’d recommend skipping it.

Pleasant experience here. I came a few times to give a fair assessment. I only took away a star because the staff could be more friendly/engaging when comparing to other Chick•fil•As. Also, once when asking for well done fries, I received regular cooked fries. Other than that, everything was on point, service was fast, the dining area was clean to sit in!

I’m not sure what it is about this location but the service here is always lack luster. The staff isnt nearly as friendly as other CFAs Ive been to. I always use mobile ordering because its supposed to be faster but here, its actually slower–whats the point?? This one young lady was running orders to the mobile lane and regular drive thru lanes BY HERSELF–and about to drop bags of food in the process. Every other location has more than enough people to handle everything to the point there isnt even a line while keeping everything efficient and accurate. CFA is known for their service above all else and this location isnt hitting the mark.

Just learned ALL Chick-fil-A uses MSG for taste! That is no good folks. Dangerously bad for our bodies. I will never eat Chick fi-A again! NEVER! Thats why the lines are so long. People are addicted to the MSG! Ad soon as they get there fries and food they go crazy and start eating before they pull off. (sic)

I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A — it’s been my go-to for just about any meal. But lately, the food quality at this location has gone downhill, and the service has been even worse. I stop by in the mornings before work, but I’m honestly ready to change my routine because Ivy has been consistently rude and disrespectful. She behaves as if she hates being at work, and that’s not something I ever expected to experience at Chick-fil-A. I guess there’s a first for everything
