Normally my visits to this location are great. But this visit, I was a little disappointed with my fries. The taste of the food was on point, as usual. But, my fries were a little short this time. I just feel that with the price that you pay for the food at Chic fil a, you really should get a full order of fries to go with your meal.

Absolutely one of the best locations I’ve ever been to! Cleanest on the inside even though it was packed full of people. There was about 7 people in front of me in line and 10 waiting for their orders. I had ordered, waited & was back in my car within 10 minutes. They are super sweet & definitely take care of every customer – 110% ! Will definitely return for more goodness ❤

I noticed a lady sitting beside us being very rude to the employees. She was mean to the young man that brought her tray. He was so kind and just listened and tried to fix the problem. And there was no problem she refused her food until he refilled her drink . I don’t know this young man but he was so nice . I did go to the manager and complemented this young man.

Conveniently located, it’s right off the main road. They do lots of fun stuff for children including crafts (painting) and giving out mini cow plushies.
The restrooms were some of the nicer ones I’ve been into; they have a handicap stall with its own bathroom sink.
I did not have a long wait for either ordering or getting my food.

Our family loves going to this location! We are a large family, though, so we do not visit very often due to the high prices.
I’m always impressed with how fast the food is prepared, and the accuracy of the order too. They’ve never messed up one of our orders!
The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Always have an issue with this store. Quality check is subpar, inadequate customer service, awful conflict resolution. Only thing they get a 10/10 in is being the worse CFA location in existence. Waited 10 minutes in line, spoke to three employees, just to not have my order fulfilled bc they’d rather argue than have some conflict resolution. Communication also sucks at this location. Don’t recommend.

Pulled in and ordered my food. There were 2 cars in front of me. By the time I got to the be next to get my food, 4 other door dash side had been given there food. I waited there and another 3 were also given there food. The young man gave me my drink and asked me to park in spot 1 and I waited for another 6 minutes for my simple sausage biscuit meal. Total of 17 minutes from start to finish. This is the first time this has ever happened at this Chick-fil-A and I was a little upset at the wait. When I finally got to the office and opened my bag, the first thing I say was a cookie, which I didn’t order. The fact that they automatically give a small gift like this for the wait shows how dedicated they are to customer service. Bravo.

Well, I wanted to get my Chick-fil-A sandwich the way I feel most comfortable eating it which is to ask for it cooked well done. I have done this at Chick-fil-A’s all over the country and never had an issue sometimes the chicken consistency isn’t there, so by asking for it to be cooked a little longer than normal, insures it’s cooked well and I enjoy it. It’s better than me eating it and then having to return it five min later cause it’s not good but I digress. This was the first time in my entire experience eating chickfila that I got a response of “we don’t do that here” to which I ordered a large fry and a drink and walked away. No let me check with a manager or what do you mean? Just we don’t do that here. In the past I think the most I ever ran into was that I had to go inside because it may take a moment, but I was willing to wait for a sandwich that I would enjoy. I’m curious if this truly is just a policy of this store or others because this may end my visiting of Chick-fil-A stores for life. Maybe it was just an employee that didn’t know and didn’t ask someone. This is the nearest Chick-fil-A near me which sucks just moved to this area I guess to put it in there words “I won’t be eating here”. I’m pretty reasonable but I don’t think asking for you to cook my fried sandwich a little longer to be sure it is cooked all the way through is asking to much, I mean at Burger King I can have it my way but at Chick-fil-A it’s there way or no way. Sincerely not satisfied customer.
After reading the reviews it appears I’m not far off in my assumptions from food not cooked well to bad service maybe I shouldn’t want to eat here anyway.
