Guy at the window was very nice, but my sweet tea was just brown water with no Sweet at all. Also, I ordered macaroni and cheese, and you can tell. I got the last bit of scraping from the bottom of the pan, completely unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location.

i ordered 4 chicken minis & a spicy chicken biscuit. the bread for the chicken minis was SO HARD i had to take it off. the spicy chicken biscuit was just so disappointing.

I had two drinks spilled into my lap, down the inside of my car and into the seat. I know accidents happen, and I didn’t lose my temper. Luckily I keep towels in my car, so I pulled out of the drive through so others could get out. (Why make their night worse and back up the line) I cleaned myself and wiped things down in my car with my towel. They didn’t offer to replace my drinks or anything. NOTHING. I had to walk back to the window to get my receipt so I could call. No manager came out nothing was done. I got an email from them but they never followed up even after I reached back out. I was off work the next day and went ahead and detailed my car because there was coke everywhere even the side of the back seat. I had coke coming out of the door from where it was spilled down the window. Beyond frustrating! I guess I should have made a huge scene and acted out. Because being nice has gotten me no where. I have not been back to any location and I refuse to return to them anymore.

Favorite place to get food at when everything else isn’t really appetizing at the moment. Service and atmosphere is always great, however, I still feel that the spicy chicken sandwich should be a bit more “spicier” or offer an option for a super spicy chicken sandwich.

Ordered a salad from this location several times and they always forget something whether it’s the dressing or condiments. Sometimes the salad has the wrong chicken on it. Too many flies inside the building!!
