while I’m not a Chick-fil-A fan, my wife is and was really pleased with her food today. our cashier Kaleb was fantastic and even spelled her name right for the order which made her day. he was personable and friendly, and a major step above the usual robotic “my pleasure”-ness of Chick-fil-A. impressive to find this in a mall food court, of all places!

My kids enjoyed their meal today at Chick-fil-A inside of Triangle Town center. The food court can get busy and noisy sometimes but Chick-fil-A service has been top notch in their food is what you would expect in this location.
I must be honest, I can’t give a five-star of the food because I don’t care for the new french fries. The kids are okay with them but they also say it’s a four-star.
Please bring black blue cheese dressing.
Parking’s usually not a problem. But lock your doors.

Overdue fryer oil.
We don’t go to this location often, but when we do you can usually taste the oil is due for a change.
Today it was PAST DUE for a change.
Fries and nuggets we’re a darker tone and have that funky old oil taste.

Chick-fil-A’s in-store pickup experience is really frustrating. The store wasn’t even crowded, yet orders still took way too long. There were moments where no employees were attending the pickup area at all, leaving customers waiting with no updates. It felt disorganized and slow for no clear reason. For a place known for quick service, this was honestly disappointing.

My wife and I ordered 2 number 1 combos on 9/18/2025 at 2:24. There was only one order ahead of us, but it took 11 minutes to get the order. The fries were okay, but the sandwich was really bad. The bun was soggy with grease. My wife could only eat the chicken throwing the bun away. I used the top of her bun with the top of my bun and ate my sandwich. The bun bottoms were really soaked with grease. We usually eat at the one in Wake Forest because it’s near our hone but it’s temporally close with a remodel.

I wish they would at least try to get the order correct. Second time this has happened. I will choose to spend my money with a company who has quality control over their food, and will offer a replacement or full refund and not a partial.

Someone mentioned this in a previous review and it was our same exact experience today unfortunately. This location should be permanently closed. They are serving uncooked food. UNCOOKED. My daughter found a fully frozen fry in her container. The cookie we ordered was also undercooked. If you open the package it would fall apart. My daughter brought it back to the counter and was informed ” all the cookies are the same and under the heater” There was no effort made to rectify this issue. Poor service and a poor reflection of management and the company. We will see what corporate thinks. We have already filed a complaint. Close this location and maybe these kids can find another job in the mall. Hopefully not serving uncooked food.
