Very impressed with the staff here. People were not following the one lane rule well and one of the male employees running (literally) food to cars very respectfully addressed it with politeness and patience. The others had the opportunity to gossip and complain about the customers, but they didn’t. They addressed and kept doing their job with excellence. I’d like to know who trains and manages- they’re leading this team so well!

Alright, you’re most likely not reading my review to find out whether or not Chick-fil-A food is good or not. You’re more interested in knowing whether this specific location is where you want to go. So this is what I’m going to focus on.

Location (B-): Well positioned, next to a Walmart and gas station which is ideal in case you’re getting off a long road trip to grab a quick bite or fast-food.

Parking (A): Large parking and handicapped parking access. Smooth ramp and large doors for those in wheelchairs.

Ambiance (A+): When was the last time you went into a fast food restaurant that had fresh flowers on each table!? Yep, you read that right. Actual real fresh flowers on each table. I’ve never seen that in a fast food place anywhere around the world. And I’ve had my fair share of countries. The decoration was beautiful, the large pictures on the wall and quotes were a nice touch.

Restroom (B+): Overall the restrooms were clean and spacious. Overall well kept but I’m giving it a B+ because I think they could do a better job with a more pleasant air freshener scent.

Service (A): It’s Chick-fil-A. You can count on the service to be excellent.

Food (A): Again, it’s Chick-Fil-A… The food came out warm and ready to be eaten. It was tasty and their sauce is always a hit. Great job.

Walked in to pick up a mobile order and witnessed what looked like the manager who I believe is named Tim badgering a worker who was doing an excellent job. I didn’t even need food, but he was humiliating her so I stepped up to interrupt the public harassment by ordering. The poor girl looked like she was about to cry and she still served me with a smile. Management needs to know that customers are aware of the atmosphere leaders curate and I won’t be giving my business to an establishment that disrespects their workers. Tim should know that bullying is not okay and I hope this review warrants at LEAST a discussion.

only reason i’ll keep coming here is it’s closest to my work. came here on my lunch break and was already on a time crunch (not their fault, they didn’t know) so i placed a mobile pickup order. walk in, super busy (again, not their fault), but no one acknowledges me. i catch the eye of multiple team members and am still ignored. 5-6 minutes later my names finally called, but no drink is given or even asked about. i stand there for another few minutes before i finally have to ask to get my drink. if i didn’t speak up i don’t think anyone would’ve offered.

i understand it being a busy lunch rush. i used to be a team leader at another CFA in the area, but no matter how busy it got, i never let a guest go un-greeted. definitely some work to do in the front counter department

Poor drive thru service and overall poor customer service as a whole. Newer Chickfila or not this Chickfila is an example of how not to treat customers compared to other Chickfila’s in the area. Staff are often inattentive and self-oriented in their personal task than in customer satisfaction. Staff interactions are not very personal with paying customers and appear to be mere transactions. This review is based on more than 5 occasions at different meal times. Serving sizes are subpar and often small. Items are usually missing and attention to detail is often lacking. Maybe you will have a different experience which is hopeful, but this Chickfila is not a good standard for good service.

I went to redeem some food coupons, and one of the girls who served me asked where I had gotten them from, which was completely irrelevant. She called the manager, and his attitude was unprofessional; he simply refused to give me the food. Only after he heard how I had obtained the discounts did he explain why he couldn’t give me the food at that moment, and I understood. But I didn’t understand his attitude. He shouldn’t treat his customers like that. This is the last time I’ll ever eat at Chick-fil-A.

This is trending toward the worst chick fil a that I’ve ever been to. The employees seem very confused most of the time. The restaurant also has the mobile order line merge into the drive thru line, defeating the purpose of using the app and getting them the order information ahead of time. I live nearby and will go out of my way to go to knightdale because it is a better customer service experience. This new restaurant is being managed into the ground with these inefficient changes

Edit: the sign is no longer in the lane, and they switched back to 2 lanes.

Old review: They merged the drive thru lane into the main lane which has increased customer burden for both lanes. My wait times have sky rocketed.

The mobile thru check in sign is sitting in the mobile drive thru lane instead of in the yellow caution area. So if you have a bigger car you have to squeeze between the sign and sidewal potentially hitting the sign or going up onto the side walk.

This place is no longer a 5☆ experience for drive thru.
