I ordered my lunch through the Chick-fil-A app, and when I received my food there was a feather inside my sandwich. This is completely unacceptable and extremely off-putting.
I called the store immediately hoping to resolve the issue and get a refund, but I was told that I would have to physically come back to the store to receive one. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn’t leave, which meant I was stuck without lunch and had to spend more money ordering food somewhere else.
Finding something like a feather in food raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. On top of that, the lack of willingness to resolve the issue over the phone or through the app made the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better customer service and food standards.
Very disappointing experience.

This Chick-fil-a customer service was top notch. They had no problem filling my request of my 3 dressings for my salad. Ran into a Chick fil a a day or so ago and they refused to even let me purchase an extra one. Never had that happen. Great experience here tho.

So, my daughter and I walked from our hotel to this location because it was close by. We already had it planned that we would cool off inside, and enjoy our meal before making the walk back in this summer heat. I guess I failed to read the reviews of the CFA before we made the walk. When we got close, I said to my daughter, “Why the heck are people eating outside in this sun and heat?” Well, the joke was on me…. This location is walk up window style with seating outdoors only. Luckily, we were able to snag a table and chairs in the shade and God looked out for us by providing a nice breeze while we dined out. There are also tables and chairs with umbrellas. Not sure about restrooms. Food order was quick and still brought out table side. Staff was friendly.

I love chick filet. It’s one of my favorite chains, but this one is probably the worst I ever been to! I did an online order that was supposed to take 3-6, but took 10. There’s no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. I ordered online at the same time my friends ordered in line, but they are already done eating.
Maybe it’s because this one doesn’t have a drive through!

This place moves at the speed of a glacier and somehow still manages to mess things up along the way. Waiting here isn’t just slow—it’s painfully, absurdly slow. You sit there watching the minutes crawl by while the staff wanders around like time has no meaning. A simple meal turns into a marathon of waiting, and by the time the food finally arrives, you’ve already lost your appetite from sheer frustration.

I order salads through Uber eats, and this is the worst salada I have seen from a Chick-fil-A, It looks old!!!! If I had to order it, it is because I can’t make it to go get it my self, if so, I would take this salad back. But one thing is for sure I wouldn’t be ordering from this Chick-fil-A again.

I went to this location for lunch today. I ordered my food and pulled through the drive thru. When I looked in the bag, I quickly noticed that both the large fries were burnt and couldn’t be eaten. I went back to the window and let the employee know. Chick-fil-A replaced those batches of fries for a “new” batch. After finally sitting down to each my food, I opened my chicken sandwich to see that they have given me a small chicken that looked and tasted like leftovers from the breakfast biscuits. Then as the icing on top of the cake, we found a piece of yarn (?) or string, fried in the batch of fries. I have never been so disappointed and shocked at a Chick-fil-A. 0/10 would not recommend.

Not sure how a chik fil A can mess up this bad….seriously. I never write google reviews (trust me I’m not that guy) but today I just had to due to so many reasons… I mean seriously who designed the drive thru / parking lot area because that is a whole nightmare / mess on its own . Truly. Second of all on top of my lengthy wait time (mind you I used mobile thru) my order was missing several items and when I tried to reach out to ask about my items I was told consistently that they couldn’t hear me meanwhile this was due to everybody screaming and yelling stuff in the background of chick fil a store itself (something about a birthday who knows) anyways it was dead silent on my end but I got so frustrated I just hung up. Wry poor customer service and now I will purposely drive to north hills for my chicken fixings because this place in midtown is a complete joke and nightmare ran by little kids…joke

They just wanted to go home.for the snow. Fries were supper salty and cold. Nuggets, cold, sandwich, cold. I was the only person in the drive thru, and it still took 5ish minutes. No thank you, or have a nice day. Just a look of disgust from the little girl in black walking around swinging keys
Looked like a shift manager. You failed big time. No need to reach out, I’ll never visit this store again.
