I love chick fil a. I go about 5 times a week. My large fries looked like medium fries and they just threw random sauce in my bag instead of what I ordered. that’s McDonalds behavior. Do better, this location specifically. Starting with reading.

People say, “they have to be nice!” But you can tell when people are faking. Of course we all know food service workers aren’t always so nice. These were all nice and humble workers. I think the hiring of the team is important and they did a wonderful job in their selection and hiring for this Chick-fil-A in Raleigh.

The place is nice! Soemtimes hit or miss but the workers are always friendly. However, this place DESPERATELY needs a mobile thru line. It takes so long to get food here sometimes it seems they may be a little understaffed. A mobile thru line would help make things much more efficient. And it decreases the line for people who don’t want to use mobile thru also.

This location has a pretty small dining room and very little parking without going into the Food Lion parking lot, which is what I did. Other than that, it was very enjoyable. There are multiple seating options. Restrooms were clean and pleasant. The food was expectedly excellent. I would definitely return.

The customer service was good and the transaction was fast. This was a mobile order this AM. I decided to use my hash rewards in the app and adding on items to purchase. A huge mistake.
The food was lacking on this visit.
Attaching photos of what I ordered vs what I got. Three scared blueberries. This is not the standard for what I’m used to. Parfait typically comes with strawberries and blueberries. If there are cut backs – customers should be notified. The biscuit I ordered was falling apart as if it was undercooked. The coffee was extremely too strong as if someone mistakenly used over the coffee limit. I was not satisfied with this visit. It will be a while before I ever return here.

It’s OK. It’s a chick-Fil-A. You roll the dice if you get the right order or extras like mayo and ketchup, but it’s close so I go for convenience.
I go a lot less than I used to after too many order mixups. It’s easier to just make it yourself
