If you have food allergies, STAY AWAY!
You guys are going to get someone seriously hurt, or worse.
I am allergic to pickles. I ordered a chicken sandwich, WITHOUT pickles. I ALWAYS check the sandwich before I drive off, didn’t see any pickles on it.
I get home, and low and behold, I discover that my chicken sandwich with “no pickles” is just a regular sandwich they took the pickles off of. The problem with that is, pickles have juice, and that juice soaks into the bread AND the chicken. I even saw a tiny piece of green on the back side of the bread(that was not visible when I checked in the line).
I smelled it and I could see it where the bread is slightly softer and more wrinkled- obviously where there were pickles.
“no pickles” does NOT mean “take the pickles off the sandwich”. You are supposed to use a fresh chicken patty that has NOT had pickles placed on it. I used to work at a chick fil a so I know that for a fact. Had I not seen this, I would have ended up with a swollen throat and tongue for the rest of the day. But this also means I didn’t get to eat half of my lunch because I couldn’t eat the sandwich !
THEN to make matters worse
I tried to call to inform the restaurant of this, and no one answered, I think to myself, “okay that’s fine, I’ll just leave a message” and the automated system just said “goodbye” and didn’t even let me leave a message! I was already back home so I wasn’t going to drive back as I don’t live nearby, I just picked up lunch after running my errands.
I’m giving service a 3, because even though I couldn’t leave a message, all the staff there were incredibly kind. I will try and speak to a manager next time I’m there. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to me, as this is a SERIOUS issue that needs to be addressed.

Fast friendly service. It was very clean and well maintained. I got two chicken biscuits, two spicy chicken biscuits, and an iced coffee. Chick-fil-A never disappoints – good as always. Shoutout to Denise who took my order. She was very helpful and I loved her energy. Thanks Denise!

I have never had this issue at any chic fil a but today I placed a mobile order, went through the drive through, they gave us our drinks and asked us to pull up and our food would be out when it was ready. We pulled up (right in front of the serving door) and waited at least 10 min, meanwhile watching car after car behind us get served and pull away. My husband finally got out and said we were still waiting and they didn’t even react, turned around, and handed us bags that had been sitting there for who knows how long. Just annoying that they didn’t seem to care.

I just want to say that my experience at this Chick-fil-A and the one Wake Forest have been phenomenal when you ask for your food fresh you don’t get it just came up. They drop it fresh and allow you to wait for it as you choose and for that, I am so appreciative and I went to Chick-fil-A today on Capital and the manager there I believe her name Is Imoni And I apologize if I’m saying it incorrectly, but she was wonderful. She’s good at her job and I pray nothing but good things for her and for the restaurant itself kudos.

Get ready to wait 15+ minutes for cold fries! Consistently one of the slowest fast food restaurants I know of for years running now. They used to be twice as fast with half the lanes. It defies explanation. I used to be a regular, now I kick myself every time I go back, forgetting how slow it is.

The food is always fresh, fast and delicious. Although , when we had placed a mobile order i made sure to include my sauces( typically not included with order). We had asked the girl working at the window for more sauce. To which she responded with in a condescending way,” there’s already five in there.” We had said “oh okay never mind”… Come to find out my “5” sauces were never in the bag. Had to go back inside and ask for the sauces i originally ordered.

This is the second time in a row they messed up my order. Ordered a sausage biscuit meal and received a spicy chicken biscuit. This is for my 2 year old daughter by the way. I’m calling trying to get in touch and they are not responding. I shouldn’t have to feel the need to double check the bag before leaving to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
