The last few times I’ve gotten chicken here the taste has changed. The meat is nasty. I’ve ended up throwing it away. It’s definitely not the recipe that you are famous for sir. I suspect you have switched to the fake lab grown meat. I definitely won’t be coming back. Not going to waste my money on food I can’t eat. And btw, the remodel hasn’t helped with speed or accuracy. Both seem worse.

The food is good. Customer service is good. However, everytime I come here workers are on their phones. I don’t want you putting your phone in your back pocket and then handing me my food. When I use to work in food service, phones were not allowed out on the front line.

Costly remodel to make the service “quicker and more efficient” reality it displaces the station to the food. This is only the second time back here after the remodel and once again the quality of the food suffers with no quicker service. CHECK YOUR FRIES b4 you leva here every time bc they not only give you a medium when you order a large but they will be under cooked fries.

Tried to order lunch for my daughters school, after experiencing the tragic loss of a student. But it wasn’t “high dollar “ enough of an order for delivery. Such a “Christian “ franchise. A 7 yr old died, but if I want to support the teachers, I have to risk losing my job, so I can deliver. Mind you this was heading WAY over $200. But not high enough for this “Christian” company. And their delivery drive was 10 minutes at the absolute worst traffic conditions…..
