I thought I had reviewed our local Chick-fil-A before, but I didn’t. We’ve been going there for years; the customer service, quality of the meals, and facilities are top-notch — that is why, despite my recent negative experience, they still receive a 5-star rating.
We always enjoy the individual portions of baked mac&cheese, actually it is one of the best options, whether from a chain or an independent restaurant! Therefore, to make our holiday cooking a bit easier, I decided to cater a batch to serve 8-10, but it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Sadly, the cook didn’t properly adjust the seasoning and ingredients for the larger quantity, resulting in a bland, watery dish. What a letdown! Unfortunately, we ended up with about $40 worth of leftovers (see photo). Lesson learned: I’ll make it myself to avoid a disaster with what’s considered a signature dish in our family.

I really hate to leave a bad review because I truly love Chick-fil-A and usually have great experiences. Unfortunately, this time the waffle fries had a very strong ammonia/cat-urine smell and taste and were completely inedible. I’m not sure if the oil was bad or if it was an issue with the batch, but I’ve honestly never had food smell that bad before. I feel really nauseous.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit.

I placed a mobile order for four burgers, but when I received my order, only two burgers were provided. I immediately tried to get assistance at the location, but no one seemed willing to listen or take responsibility for the mistake. What made the experience worse was that no apology was offered, despite the clear error.

I’ve visited many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this stood out so strongly. Unfortunately, this visit was one of my worst experiences with your brand.

I believe Chick-fil-A sets a high standard for customer service, and this location fell short. I hope this feedback helps highlight the need for better attention to mobile orders and improved customer care.

The food was very disappointing! The grease needs to be changed. You can smell and taste the old grease on the food. The tomatoes were not fresh and the bun had too much grease or butter. The lemonade has a slight old/spoiled taste. The Cobb salad was incomplete, no tomatoes and a pinch of bacon. Just not what I would have expected.

The staff was nice.

These guys read the line that said to remove the bun, but not the line that said to add the non-buttered bun, and proceeded to send me a piece of chicken in a cup with bacon, cheese, and lettuce. Corporate refunded my order but of course my lunch hour is gone. Do better guys.

We placed a pick up order for eight (8) people thru the App and drove to Chic-fil-A to pick up the meals. Arriving at the drive thru we acknowledged we had placed an order and pulled ahead and picked up the food. Each person received exactly what was ordered. The food was hot and delicious, perfectly executed. And, as always we were greeted and served by genuinely friendly and professional associates for an overall 5 Star experience!

It’s chic fil a even when busy they’re on point, one of the only restaurants that you can basically be sitting in line at the stop light and still have food in 10-15 minutes

Shout out to Eric and Ethan! My car cut off in the drive thru (the worst place possible ) and they tried to help figure out the issue. After it was back working again, Eric made sure I had hot food after the whole ordeal! So appreciative!
