A beautiful new building. Chic Fil A is always a great place to grab good food. Stopped today to do just that but service was a little slow. I’ll have to go back another time to fully experience this restaurant.

I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location at Crossroads for the first time since it was torn down, rebuilt, and reopened. During my visit, I asked for a pup cup, which I had received many times at this exact location prior to the rebuild. I was told they no longer offer pup cups because there is a new operational manager, and instead they offered a chicken nugget.
I declined, as fast-food nuggets—whether fried or grilled—are seasoned and not appropriate for dogs. What I don’t understand is why something so simple and previously standard has now become arbitrary. This location clearly offered pup cups before without issue, and now suddenly it is no longer possible, despite being the same brand and same location.
This experience wasn’t about entitlement to a free item—it was about consistency and customer experience. Chick-fil-A has always been known for its hospitality and small gestures that build goodwill with customers, including those of us who often bring our dogs along. Removing something so minor, while offering an unsuitable alternative, reflects a shift away from that customer-focused culture.
I hope management reconsiders this decision, as it diminishes the overall experience and sense of consistency customers have come to expect from this brand.If you want, I can also create a shorter, sharper version that hits harder while still remaining professional and credible.

Second time this has happened – ordered more than ten items for lunch guests, drove home and found out one sandwich was missing. That is bad enough but try to get a refund and you will discover you have to drive back to the store and present the credit card even though the app is connected to paypal. Best I could get was a promise of a free sandwich added to my rewards in 24-48 hours. Not the service I expect from CFA. Next time I will park at the window and count the items myself before I pull away Ugh!

This is hands down the WORST run Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Currently writing this review as I go on 10 minutes sitting in the drive through line. My record here has been 20 minutes though so let’s see if they top it today. Absolutely ridiculous how slow the service is here especially given there’s no rush and maybe 4 cars in front of me. Nice one.

This location has two lines taking in orders. Looked like short staff due to long wait. Corporate should close locations down if franchises working on skeleton staff not wanting their brands to suffer. As usual slow service could make the post office blush in who is more slower. The chicken mini were stale and total garbage. The tots were too oily. Only good thing was the drink.

I can’t say enough good things about the Chick-fil-A on Walnut Street. The managers and employees are amazing, always providing exceptional service with a smile. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, making every visit a delightful experience. It’s no wonder that one of the best restaurants in town is Chick-fil-A. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been disappointed here.
My order is anyways correct, food hot and delicious, and employees curtious and friendly.
The establishment is extremely clean and tidy. Do keep in mind I’ve only ever been first thing in the morning.
As for the drive through, never had issues with that either. Friendly and fast service and they are patient if you don’t quite know what you want yet.
Definitely one of their best locations.
