Had such a fun meal today! My mother-in-law actually grilled chicken, even though she doesn’t usually like it, and it turned out really tasty. We also had Chick-fil-A, and Campbell was with us it was all so good! Great food and even better company made it a perfect meal.

This place is a total hit-&-miss!
I do not recommend. Here’s why-
I placed my order over the counter. Paid for my order. Than about 6 people after me came and went with their food. A few of those people placed their order exactly as me, over the counter.
This is not my first experience getting my food super late. I ask the managers or franchise owners to address this issue.
In addition, please make soups and salads available. Why is this restaurant so backwards?

The food is good, but if you go later in the day, they will run out of some foods. Also, this is a miniature, Campbell University location, so the menu is smaller and they don’t have Coke products like a normal Chick-fil-A. The interior seating is normally all put up unless Campbell classes are in session and you will need to order using a GrubHub tablet.

Despite what the other reviews say, the employees were pretty nice when I and my friend went here today. Service was fast, and the food was prepared correctly. I have no complaints. I’d never been to this specific Chick-Fil-A before today, so maybe they’ve improved after seeing some of the reviews here on Google?

This will not be your typical Chick-fil-A experience you have come to know and enjoy. The staff is hit or miss on politeness, waits are much longer than normal. Food is generally good.

For a Chick-fil-A you will not get the service or the speed that many are accustomed to. Line is always out the door, but even when it isn’t, there is often a long wait for food. The food has its bad days, not providing the best flavor. If the wait doesn’t bother you, then this place is fine. However if you are accustomed to Chick-fil-A speediness and kindness, I would recommend going to another location

Ok so i love Chic Fil A and i dont hold this company responsible for the store i visited this evening. Worst customer service ever. Walk in nobody in store but my husband and me . This was his first visit to any ChicFil A. Go to counter no hello or smiles it was what do wanna drink. My husband asked is the sweet tea good she acted like she didnt hear him and says what you want to drink. I said to her he asked you if the tea was good. Oh i dont drink tea she said ok thats fine then the other girl at register what do you wanna eat. No smile very uncomfortable ordering if you dont like people you shouldn’t be in customer service for one . Never have i ever been treated so rudely at any other Chick-fil-A. Should have read reviews before going i think they need to take the name off the building cause it wasnt a normal chic fil a experience.

There is an error in the label of this Chick-fil-A. It’s said to be “fast food” on Google maps but there is nothing fast about it. It’s an amazing location if you have 27 minutes to stand around after ordering a single sandwich, with no one else ahead of you in line.
