I go here for my kids not myself. To be honest to me their food is mid at best. It’s just not my thing. The only thing I will eat there is the tenders. Whatever they marinate them in that gives it that orange hue under the breading is great! Everything else is blah…. Of course service is friendly and speed is good considering how busy they always are! I feel their drive-thru could benefit with a dedicated mobile order line in my opinion. And maybe have a better position for the order board so you can see the menu before you get to the team member that takes your order.

When I got to the windows our food wasn’t ready. So, I had to pull off to the side. They Young Lady said our food wasn’t fresh and they wanted to give use fresh & hot food. Yes, please . But when I got our food they forgot our sauces and forks. The good news she was nice to gives 2 of each sauce for FREE, brought us forks too and apologize for the inconvenience. That is why I rather go to Chick-fil-A then to any other fast food places!!!

Went at 6:15pm.. double drive thru both bumper to bumper. Waited 20 min for order to be taken. Got (2) kids meal chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were chewy and had lots of gristle. Disgusting. Slow service.

I personally love chicfila but the management that I’ve seen at this specific location has been the worst that I have ever seen. The management itself bullies their staff who are HIGHSCHOOL CHILDREN!!!!! The one bigger white lady by the name of Angie or Angela was incredibly rude to the younger employees behind the counter. I overheard her being incredibly passive aggressive to the young lady who was sweeping up in the dining room. I hope management looks into this person because the fact that ChicFilA is known for being kind and hiring positive and kind hearted people, she sure knows how to ruin that reputation!

The staff are always really nice, no issues with the service or food. However, they need to have someone check their drive through lines because I have caught a nail on two different tires at different dates from that same area. Makes me feel like someone is purposely throwing them in their grounds and I have been the lucky winner in those two times. Except the nail from yesterday caused me the entire tire to be replaced from the spot the nail went through. FYI: I have a new model 2024 vehicle so the moment something happens with the tires or the vehicle, it notifies me through my app of the situation.

It’s fast paced and very convenient! Only cons is the traffic going on and out. I’d highly recommend the location still because they work with what’s available as far as space is concerned.

I want to give a big shoutout to Jose, the lead here. When I came in, he immediately stepped up to take my order instead of waiting for someone else, which I really appreciated. I had a few questions about customizing my sandwich, and even though one of my requests wasn’t possible, he took the time to offer alternatives and make sure I was happy with my meal. His kindness and leadership truly started my morning off right — thank you, Jose!

Wow, such fast service! First time dining in. Only thing I would suggest is need more disabled parking in lot. Have van with ramp and only saw two spots, and they were taken.
