Chicken always taste better when God smiles on it… This place was great and lived up to the usual amazing customer service hype Chic Fil A provides. I Don’t know if there’s anyone who never tried them Chic before, but we certainly do recommend if you have not.

First time trying chick-fil-a in the USA. Must say I’m impressed. The chicken was tasty. Service and speed of food being delivered was fast. Place was really clean and the kids had a play area to entertain themselves. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was on my way to work but was very hungry. I placed an order for carry out at 5:17 PM on a Tuesday evening. I got the eight count nuggets, fries, and half sweet tea/half lemonade for my beverage. I also got a brownie. I was maybe a minute away from the restaurant when the order was placed. When I arrived, I parked and waited a couple minutes before going inside.

WORST CHICK FIL A LOCATION EVER!!! DONT COME HERE ON A DIET. Me and my friends came and ordered a DIET frosted lemonade, instead the cashier who’s name was Michele gave us 3 regular frosted lemonades. Chick fil a really wants me to become obese.

My brother who works for Chic Fil A is always raving about the Cobb salad so I decided to try it out today instead of the kale crunch and I really regret it. The salad looks nothing like the picture. It didn’t have any tomatoes and barely any of the other ingredients. For $10 it’s def not worth it!!

This is the only restaurant in 3 years that refused my service dog the ability to do her job. They don’t care about their customers health. I tried to warn them she must remain near my chest and the refused to listen. The ADA will fine them for not allowing her to sit with me a d where she was trained. But they could care less.

What makes this place stand out in a bad way is the slick floor. Not sure what they are doing differently here than the hundreds a of other restaurants I’ve been to. The floor by the side seating area going to the bathrooms is greasy and the team members seem to think it’s funny and not a big deal.

Probably the best fast food chain, for my taste, especially for breakfast. Their overall approach is first class. Great tasting food, which always seems to be fresh. The staff is sharp looking and always eager to do anything possible to help customers have an excellent experience. The property is always very clean. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the line is a bit awkward. Other than that, this place is absolutely amazing.

My kids love CFA. I don’t so much, BUT the Guilford College location is superb at getting you through the DT quickly & efficiently. Our orders are always correct, the food is always hot and the employees are polite and friendly.

This Chick Fil a is super busy all the time, probably the busiest in Greensboro. Went yesterday around 3 pm and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. The coffee at that time was very stale and we had to wait for them to make more chicken strips as they almost got our order wrong by only giving us one 4 count of strips instead of the two 4 counts we paid for. The lady said we need to pull up and wait because they need to cook more. Meanwhile they had many bags by the drive thru window that looks ready to go. We waited a few minutes and a gentleman brought out the other order that happen to have an extra strip and a nugget in it for our troubles I guess. A lot of hassle to get food from this location to say the least.
