This Chick-fil-A location is always on point! The service is fast, the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, and the food is always fresh and delicious. No matter how busy they are, they keep things moving smoothly and make every visit a great experience. This is one of my go-to spots because I know I can count on great service and great food every time.

Every time I order a side salad they never fill up the container. I can straight up see the bottom of the container in this photo. I pay extra for the side salad I’d expect to get my full portion not half a bowel. 2 stars cause the service was good, food just sucked

Stopped at this Chick-fil-A for lunch and enjoyed myself so much. I was greeted by a man named Glen and throughout my dining experience, he kept checking in and it was not just me! He did it for everyone. His customer service was on point and his warm smile made want to go back.

Good food and service! Stopped by here on the way out of town. I had a brownie reward so I redeemed that and also got an ice dream cup. Staff was friendly and came looking for me after I ordered (went to use the restroom really quick, but the food was quicker!). I enjoyed the snack at one of their communal tables. This location was decorated festively for the holidays which I always appreciate. The drive through long looked really long so I opted to order in at the counter. I think I saved a lot of time doing that!

Terrible experience just now. I didn’t get what I paid for and they refuse to make it right. “Their pleasure” must be stealing from their customers. Missing items in the order, and they refuse to replace the whole order after it got cold from driving there, back home and back there again. Expecting you to eat cold food even when it’s their error is absolutely ridiculously bad service on their end, I would steer clear of this terrible location. Thanks for a cold meal, cold chicken, cold fries and melted ice is what they think is an acceptable product. Disgusting.

Have ordered from here on occasion for 2 years, every occasion was greeted with 1st class service. They had my order and me out the door in less than 5 minutes while also being friendly and professional. Oh, and the food, I always order a spicy chicken deluxe or grilled nuggets because you won’t find better in Greensboro.

I used mobile ordering for our dine-in lunch. Our meal came out shortly after we were seated. This CFA was beautiful and newly remodeled. The restraunt was clean and so was the bathroom. Really nice handicap stall with a sink. I love that they have outdoor seating although it was breezy so we sat inside. We will definitely stop by again when going to the GSC. Thank you for a great experience.
