New store layout that I had not been in before. Pulled the trigger on the new Pimento Cheese Honey Pepper sandwich. It was really really good. Loved the pimento cheese but it needs to have more. The bun seemed sweeter but the sandwich seemed smaller. Waffle Fries were not hot but service was fantastic like it always is at every location.

A young lady at the front counter named Sara serviced me I pull up in my tractor trailer after leaving Planet Fitness once I got in there I realized I left my wallet in my truck before I could ask her to hold on she pulled out her phone and payed for my meal I was shocked and speechless I didn’t know what to do this has never happened I had mixed feelings I felt like a crackhead at first but it was great made my day I couldn’t think what to do to replace the kindness she epitomizes chick-fil-A has been to staff some of the best customer friendly workers but Sara has the ability of a great leader because of that heart felt jesture I would say …..continued success and wishing you many blessings

I used to work in Charlotte and the food and service was great. Moved here 3 years ago and I have to say I’ve been very disappointed in this chick fil a. I drink sweet tea (after all it is the South) but apparently the workers here have no clue how to make sweet tea. It is always watery and bitter or has no taste at all, even sweetener doesn’t help. Tonight my sandwich was almost burnt and the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Say bye Chick Fil A, there are more restaurants that are better than this and not as expensive.

On our NC road trip, we hit up Chick-fil-A for lunch. Both the drive-through and indoor seating were packed, which wasn’t surprising given their rep. We decided to sit inside, mainly to stretch our legs from the drive. Even with the place buzzing, everything felt familiar. From the expansive drive-through to the kids’ play area, and especially the taste – it was classic Chick-fil-A. Busy or not, they delivered that consistent experience we all know and love. A perfect spot to refuel on our journey.

My friend, son, and I visited here and chose to go through the drive-thru. We got a 5 count nugget, ice dream cone, and a 8 count nugget combo. The lady who took our order was sweet BUT when we went to pay we asked for extra Polynesian sauce to the lady that we payed. She steps back and takes a deep breath as she rudely stares into my car at us and says “They are cutting back on how many sauces that you get!” She throws them into the bag and hands it to me. How disrespectful of her. I just stared back at her and then she proceeds to say “It’s not me it’s the bosses!” (What a way to throw your leadership under the bus!) I am not one to act a fool in front of my child so I bit my tongue and drove off. I am not sure what her name is, I do remember a middle aged caucasian woman with shoulder length dark brown hair. This location has just lost a loyal customer. We would eat here at least 2-3 times a week. Who ever she is needs to watch her mouth and take a full course of customer service training!

I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time, literally everyday. I currently just left actually and I don’t know that I’ll be back. The food is good of course it’s Chick-fil-A, but the middle aged lady with the short dark hair is not a good look for the company. She was extremely rude.
