We had a fun and pleasant experience at this ChickFila. Service was outstanding. The lady helping us was energetic and personable. We are new to the area and she made us feel so welcome.

Today, January 16, 2026 me and my family experienced an amazing example of exceeding expectations. His name is Travis and he is the Executive Director for Chic Fil A. I placed a mobile order through the app. Picked it up in the mobile lane and proceeded on my way home. If you know the area in Lexington. Travis took it upon himself to chase me down on Plaza Parkway to give me a chocolate milk that was missed on my order. I didn’t check it so I wouldn’t have known until I arrived home. For Travis to run from Chic Fil A all the way to the light on Plaza Parkway is crazy. I have never experienced or seen anyone go above and beyond like this before. You’re awesome Travis and I hope a higher up in Chic Fil A sees this!

Food is actually really fresh and good and crispy chicken and fresh fries. Reason for 4 stars?
If you have people come through the drive through, get everything in their bag. No sauces, no napkins, and no straws. I realized the no sauces first so went back for them even though they are on the bag and receipt. Got in the car and drove to park elsewhere because the parking lot is small and cramped. Good thing we had napkins and didn’t mind taking the lid off our drink.
As I stated, great fresh food, but drive theough follow-through needs some work.

So as they have great food, I dont think its far that you can be in line for breakfast and 10:29 tell you its no longer breakfast its lunch when the person in front of you was able to get breakfast. I will continue to get food here but yall should really think about that in the mornings and no I didin get food nore make a fuss even though I still had to sit in line.

I enjoyed how smooth was placing and paying for my order by just scanning qr code. The spicy chicken biscuit breakfast tastes great but it was too salty!!! There should be an option for salt free or less salt order. Overall it was an excellent experience

With Chick-fil-A there is an expectation of excellence and this location delivers on that. The employees are friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there, the food came out hot and fresh as always. We had a great experience here and left better than we did walking in!

My grandchildren love their food. The young people are so nice and always something nice like have a wonderful day. My grandson didn’t get his bbq sauce for his nuggets so I ran into the restaurant to get it and the lady at the counter even though I approached first ignored me and helped a customer who came up behind me. She refilled his drink and then went into the back. I was heated especially since she was an older woman and you would think she had manners. A young lady immediately came up to me and asked me did I need anything. She gave me the sauce and said I don’t think Miss Theresa saw you and she was busy. It’s okay I told her you made everything better!!

Delivery driver ran over our driveway light and didnt even mention it. Our concrete driveway is 18ft wide so plenty of room. It costed $10+ at Lowes and we had purchased 1/2 inch rebar to put it in the ground with so that it would be much sturdier. Customer service making us find receipts for reimbursement. No care for the time and work it takes to go to lowes again and install it custom with rebar again. Will add photos when the wife’s phone is home.

My salad should be made with nice, green lettuce, free of hair and with chicken that is not rubbery. Serve clean, nice green lettuce. Would you want to eat brown, wilted lettuce with hairs in it? Would you want to chew on rubbery chicken? Why do you think your customers would want to do that if you wouldn’t want to? Wear your hair nets! Wear your beard nets! Not just when the health inspector comes, but ALL the dang time. Nasty nasty nasty. Your food has gone consistently downhill and it’s really sad.
