Came in here on a Friday evening after work and it was busier than I expected, but the line moved pretty quick. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and it was hot and fresh, fries had just the right amount of salt. The dining area was clean enough and the staff seemed like they were hustling even though it was crowded. One of the employees double checked my order which I appreciated. It’s not fancy or anything, but for a fast food spot it does the job. I’ll probably swing back again when I need something quick and filling.

I order a spicy chicken meal and I got berry parfait without the advertisement of strawberry and I told one of the work that my order is not right and he told me now it’s like that and I also even got it without the granola this is the second time that I had the same issue in less than a week. I had ordered me something ate it and threw it away and continued sitting there waiting for my ride to pick me up afterward and the manager literally called the cops on me telling me I needed to leave that the dining room was for customers only even thought I told him I previously had just ate and was waiting for my ride and continued to rush me out the door. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant especially at a chic fil a where its supposed to be Christian oriented to begin with. Not sure what he was thinking or thought I was doing sitting there on my phone the whole time not bothering anyone the whole time but that was very poor judgment and customer service especially from what’s supposed to be a manager nor knew ever there was a time limit on how long u had to eat and get out anywhere u go now.

They brought order to us but it was wrong. And only half of our order. Went up to tell them, they were trying to find who took order and said for me to bring it up to them. It was like I observed deer in headlights as they seemed to not know what to do! Didn’t get apology….just “we are human”

Came through the drive through, ordered a chicken sandwich and received a spicy chicken sandwich. I was on my way back to work from lunch so I didnt have time to go back but I called to let them know and no one answered the phone. It wasnt even that long of lines there. Let’s see if I get a call back.

Usually have a good experience, but this time they decided to give me undercooked chicken nuggets, they were barely warm and extremely squishy(even the breading), and discolored on the inside, mainly pink.
Also do better with the mac n cheese, it tastes like it was made in the morning to be served throughout the day. I don’t even trust it anymore because there was a fly in my mac n cheese once. Tighten up CFA
