Me and my girlfriend and two dogs came through the drive through line and we ordered milkshakes and a cup of ice cream for the dogs. After we left we found 2 treats in a bag for the pups without asking for them! Shows how kind they are as a chick fil a community.

Your staff nightly are rude in drivethru..They all act like they dont want to be there and I ask a gentleman tonight that had the braids in his hair that gave me my food that the name was also wrong on it as well why everyone seems rude and act like they dont want to be there he said cause they mess up alot here so everyone gets aggravated…Which is fine but I am from out of town and in management myself but this is everytime I stop there at night and it is not just this young man is alot of the staff in drive thru..where I come from in my town everyone at chic filet is happy thanks you greets you and are upbeat I guess all chic filet are different but this one takes the cake for me..I called spoke to a female manager tonight as well and seem nice but really acted as if I was bothering her to be calling in about it..maybe some training needs to be followed up on with drive thru staff it just shocks me for the brand that chic filet is known for that the staff act this way..

I think this is the first time I’ve ever had bad food From any Chick-fil-A. I got my order through the drive-thru and the whole way home all I could smell was old burned grease. Not sure how often they change their grease out, I’m sure they clean it every night but with the volume that the store does they may be want to consider changing the grease more often or when somebody starts to smell the grease is burned change it then instead of letting all of the fried food go out the door to the patrons.
Was not a pleasant drive home with that smell for 15 miles. By the time I did get home I really had no appetite for the nuggets and fries ( a 30 piece at that and a box of 4 strips )
My daughter even decided not to put any nuggets on her salad.

I have never been to a chick fill a like this one. I spent more than 100 dollars worth food and my order was wrong. Patrick the shift leader was rude really rude. He definitely does not qualify to leadership positions. From the beginning to end he was upset taking my order. I’m so unhappy and annoyed. Never go to this location.

Service is terrible in the evening. Make sure you check all of your food carefully for accuracy before you leave because they do not. It is unfortunately quite consistent too. Will not be eating at this location any longer.

Placed an online order 20+ minutes before closing only to arrive and have them tell me they couldn’t make my milkshake because they had already shut down the machine. Now why would you do that before closing time? Is that protocol if so it definitely needs to be changed, this is outrageous. Not to mention the chicken was grisly as all get out which made the experience even more disappointing.

I got a 3 count tender meal and only received two of my tenders… I also got 4 of the honey roasted barbecue sauces and didn’t receive any of them. I am a breastfeeding mom and was on a road trip with a 2 month old, so this was just a really disappointing situation to deal with, and I couldn’t even go back and get it fixed because the baby was crying and we needed to start driving again to console him. I usually have amazing experiences with chick fil la and this was just so disappointing

I came to this chick fil a after my doctors appointment and unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best, the food was okay and my order ultimately ended up being correct but the young lady taking my order was extremely “high” and could barely focus on what I was trying to order. Chick Fil A must to better!

This is the best chick fil a i have ever been to, i came here with my little sister and my gf and the workers treated us so nice, they were always checking up on my little sister and they even gave her ice cream when she was done with her food. I love this place and I’ll definitely keep coming here!
