The food at this location has really went down. Often the fries are “undercooked”, chicken is “Luke warm temperature and rubbery” as if it’s been cooked and sitting for awhile. It’s honestly not just this location but chick fila’s food in general is not good anymore. The oil change on the fries and chicken and no more organic chicken really shows. I would pay more for the original chicken fila as it once was when they 1st came out. Now it’s like every other chicken spot ☹️

I have changed my mind about this location!
Unfortunately, I have to take my starts to two stars, It use to be Great food and service! Time after another, I order a sandwich one for me and one for my wife I specifically say do not add pickles! and one of the sandwiches I don’t want tomatoes, yet the sandwiches came and guess what? they both had pickles and tomatoes even though it says on the box no tomatoes and no pickles. this happen in curbside as well as in delivery for the sixth time in a raw. Just recently few days ago I ordered a delivery and same thing happened besides that the fries were cold and not done! Not to mention am less than 7 minutes far from this location! Sorry but after the fifth time No can do!
They need to do more work and pay attention to details.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is consistent and the service always at least mid grade. This location is clean and surprisingly free of homeless. If you know the area, you know that can be an issue.

I have been to several Chick-fil-A restaurants and as always they never disappoint. They always excel in efficiency, friendly service, hot and delicious food, clean restaurants, and a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy a nice chicken sandwich. I was very impressed by the drive thru because it had an awning mounted with fans for the summer time and heaters for the winter time. It just goes to show you how much attention detail Chick-fil-A puts into every aspect of their restaurants.

Just bought an expensive cheap deluxe spicy sandwich from this Chick Fil A. I paid $8.04 for a sandwich (only) that was either placed on cheap bread or stale, old bread. Something told me to leave the line before ordering. I always have issues when ordering at this Hanes Mall Blvd one. This was my last wasted trip to this location or any for that matter. It has too much sodium and makes my heart race.
Update, same day. Feeling nauseated and have a headache after eating lunch here. Please be careful. If your sandwich looks like the one pictured, take it back.

Chick-fil-a is more than fast food to me, it is the best lunch or dinner spot sometimes. The flavor of the chicken is just unremarkable, the service is always fast and kind. Great customer service. Every visit has always been pleasant. Drive through orders and mobile are almost always correct. Service is always fast even during busy hours. Even when the restaurant is busy my food has always been delivered in a timely manner. Whether it’s just you or your family they have something for everyone. If your furry four legged companion decides to join you they have something for them as well.
