An outstanding Chick-fil-A franchise here on Rockford Street in Mount Airy, NC. We stopped for sandwiches yesterday and ate in the store. Clean, clean, clean. How refreshing! The service was world class, the politeness of the staff exceptional, the sandwiches are exactly what you see in the photos above the order counter. I see that a lawsuit in another region has begun against one of the fast food competitors Burger King, because a patron was tired of being ripped off by a Whopper that is actually 1/3 the size of the advertised Whopper sandwich –but the cost was not reduced (of course) and the counter staff acted like they wanted to be anywhere but helping the customer. How does Chick-fil-A do its so well? How does this company dominate every market area it enters? Simple: They deliver a quality product just as advertised, deliver it on time, never cutting short the quality, provided by staff who seem truly happy to help a customer, the products are sold at a reasonable price; the top quality and value is consistent regardless of which store in what town or state you stop for a Chick-fil-A product.

Chick-fil-A has the best arrangement for drive thru! The lines may seem long, but the move quickly, and the people who process your order (in person, not over a loudspeaker), are fantastic! They seem genuinely happy to be there. The food is always great as well.

Great place to eat and very nice people that’s is very polite and respectful to their customers. Always making sure everything is alright. And, I am also glad that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday and acknowledges Sunday a day of rest. That Sunday’s is a day to rejoice in the Lord for all things we have and has done for us! It doesn’t matter how long the drive thru line is, they always get me through quickly. Their check out system is so impressive. I pretty much only eat the chicken nuggets, but I appreciate the kale salad when I’m in a mood for it and that lemonade slushy is the best thing in the world when it’s hot outside.

We had a grilled chicken sandwich and southwest salad. Both were delicious. The grilled chicken sandwich was hot and had good taste. The southwest salad was delicious. Very spicy. Zoe took our order and she was great. It was the first time I had been to that restaurant and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.
