never have i given chick fil a a bad review until today. i placed an order the other day after work for this location and they informed me that they closed an hour early… FOR NO REASON, not a holiday, no important occasion, because all the other chick fil a’s were open, due to this i spent $16 on my meal that i have not yet received back because they had to cancel my order, also had to drive all the way to winston’s chick fil a, very disappointed, probably won’t come back to this location. don’t place any mobile orders unless you know for sure they wanna be open for the whole day

Tonight we came for our daughter’s birthday. They were having a night with Santa and the whole store was packed. We thought we would have to leave but the ladies working the floor went out of their way to make room for all six of us. The food was awesome and the night was saved. This place is great. Buy their food.

The counter staff pleasantly greeted.
We placed our order.
It arrived moments later by a lovely staff member who happily greeted us and engaged with us.

Day manager is absolutely terrible. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending and has terrible customer service. 24 Jan 2026. Clemmons, NC 27012. Ordered one meal for a child and he got it completely wrong. Then when I went to the counter to correct it he ignored me and made one of the other staff members fix it. Worst experience, worst chic fil a I’ve ever been to simply because of him.

I’m quite certain the chicken breasts are getting smaller, but the price is getting larger. It’s still good and the team is great and the dining room is still clean. I just don’t perceive it as a good value any longer.

Always a great place to eat. Except this time!! I had informed the MOD that my previous order was incorrect. So when he had it remade. Either it was incorrect once again or he had the kitchen put something hot in my food! I never order anything spicy nor was my complaint regarding a previous spicy order. And the food I was given had clearly been intentionally made spicy. I’ve posted many reviews and I am always more than fair!! Will not be returning. Nor would I recommend this establishment.

When the same MOD brought me my food on a tray labeled “Dinein”. He stopped and asked, are you going to eat this here??..

My niece, mom and I went to your location one Friday evening between 5:30 and 6:30 -ish for dinner. I’m not sure if they were understaffed but it was not chicken fil a standards. First, I watched one of the employees wipe his nose all over his arm and then use his hand (and arm that he had wiped his nose with) to clean off the extra soda on someone’s drink. He proceeded to wipe his nose between taking food out to the dining area. I said something to the cashier asking her to have him wash his hands and she said she would and did not. Second, they forgot the milk with the kids meal and when I went up to ask for it two- three staff members walked by me sitting there waiting and did not attend. I finally had to interrupt someone to get the forgotten milk. Lastly when leaving, every trash can in the dining room was overflowing. I’ve never been so disappointed by chick fil a.

Was not to overly pleased the last few visits… service is always great.. I am limited on what I can eat as I don’t eat meat so I do a salad and fries and my husband does a combo atleast once a week when we are in town.. last few visits they either forget the sauces we asked for or put barely enough in there for 1 order let alone 2.. kinda expect dressing with a salad.. and 1 sauce for 2 large fries is nowhere near enough when you ask for sauce….

It was clean, and ppl were nice…. the Kale crunch had NO flavor tbh the worst I’ve ever had…. the nuggets were really hard too…. just saying, i m not one to leave negative reviews unless its a must do, welp we spent $63.07 and $21 so alot of money for food that wasnt so good….
