Here are photos of just some of the chicken sandwiches I’ve received lately at this location. There’s almost no chicken anymore since they switched to antibiotic chicken. The quality control is gone (especially at this location!!), because I haven’t gotten a normal sized chicken sandwich in months! The worst is when you bite in and it’s all breading, fat, or a tenderloin-y piece. My biggest shock is these pieces of chicken had to go through several people before it was given to the costumer every time and no one thought that they should be thrown out. If you’re trying to track your calories or macros, it’s impossible to eat here because the chicken size is so tiny and won’t match the regular serving. Also, the menu options are smaller/limited here compared to other locations…but a lot more expensive than the average Chick-fil-A. Like at least add the chicken cool wrap if the chicken sandwiches are no longer going to be up to par. On a positive note, I will say the workers are always very nice/friendly and quick with service. I just wish the food would match.

Are you serious about calling these tiny pieces nuggets? It is a joke. Spending here $21 for lunch meal with salad I left hungry! Will never go here.

DO NOT TRUST THE TWO CUP CARRIER!! I drove 5 mins down the road, carefully, and it fell over 4 times. Just wanted to give a heads-up, ask for a 4 cup carrier and tell em to put cups of ice if there are empty spots in it lol. Otherwise service is great!!

My son was hospitalized for 20 days. It was a GIANT blessing, then, to discover this little-known gem at Ruby Memorial Hospital. I’m unsure if this space is open to patients & families (it may be designed primarily for physicians & hospital staff), but I was warmly welcomed. The food was the gold Chick-fil-A standard I expected. I was especially heartened when the employee wished my son a speedy recovery. My experience at this location was wonderful.
