This place is more effecient than most businesses. The staff is always so happy and helpful and food is rarely incorrect. One of the few places I will stop even when there is a long line because they move people through so fast.

Good food, but lines in the drive thru are too long to get to it, and if you stop for just a drink, it takes forever to get to the window. I think since you order from a person when you pull up, if you are only getting a drink they could go get it for you so you don’t have to sit in line so long. They have 4 or 5 kids out there taking orders mostly they are just standing around.but on the other hand they do have good food

They freaking charged my card then said I didn’t have enough money on it so made me pay again in cash. Turns out they didn’t just “put a hold on my debit” like the young man working there assured me was all they’d done…they double charged me. And as best as I can tell, they couldn’t care less and plan to do nothing to make this right. Screw them, I will take my business elsewhere in the future cuz I don’t need b.s. like this.

I will give them 5 stars because they’re always fast and food is good. However, despite the staff that struggled due to the hot weather and having to wear dark pants, I’ll give them credit that they showed up, smiled, and made sure everyone got their food.

This Chick-fil-A in Vienna (Stand Alone Store) always satisfies our expectations and bellies! The food has always been fresh and hot. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Drive thru is pretty fast even when it’s packed out. Curbside pickup is convenient and usually quick. I recommend eating here!
