Mr Samuel Truett Cathy would be rolling over in his grave multiple times with the way the Galleria location is now ran. I’m a regular person who’s there almost on a daily basis and I always try to see the good in everything but when you sit in line for 48 minutes and can’t even get straws it’s hard for me to overlook that this has been going on for at least the past month.
Richard Jarrell would not stand for the lack of effort that’s been shown and everyone involved in this should take a hard look in the mirror and ask if this is the best they can do.
It would have been better if I could have waited another 48 minutes and gotten the wrong order that would be better than what you’ve got.

My sandwich was a little sloppy whoever put it together, but the food was fine, what really impressed me was the atmosphere, how clean this place is, quiet, tranquil. The most beautiful young women work here.

This is by far the best place I’ve visited during my entire trip across the States! Especially after a very disappointing stop at McDonald’s—I honestly don’t understand why people still go there when the prices are the same but the difference in everything else is just enormous.
We came before noon, the place was quite busy, but our food was served very quickly. Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The tables were clean and cozy, and the whole atmosphere felt more like a real restaurant, including the warm and attentive service.
I especially want to highlight the food: finally, a place with a real choice! I felt like having some fresh fruit—no problem. Wanted greens instead of fries? Done! Isn’t that perfect? The drinks stayed cold, and the staff even came by offering to refill them without us asking. Nothing was oversalted, everything tasted exactly as it should.
And all this for about $10 per person—just incredible value
