Confused staff. They forgot to make and give us all the items from the order. Poor chicken quality in sandwich. Not tasty as compared to other chick-fil-a’s. We never waste food, but we couldn’t eat any further due to the poor taste. There was excessive salt in the fries. The bathroom has a soap dispenser placed next to the sink and soap is leaking on the floor making it slippery to stand and wash hands. The parking is very confusing too. There are many “Do not enter” signs where there are many available parking spaces. Very inconvenient.Totally disappointed.

Even better than before. Crispy chicken sandwich doesn’t let you down yogurt with granola or cookie crumble is the best for a side. Fries are good but I’d take the yogurt over fries most times! 8 oz sauce is amazing.

Food tends to be not great here. super small chicken sandwiches that are burnt and cold everytime and soggy fries and hashbrowns. Also breakfast bacon here is inedible. Usually chic Fila is amazing but this location always has issues with he food quality

Made my order online. When i get there, i go in to get my food. It wasn’t quite ready, only had to wait but a few minutes. From being on my feet all day, i wanted to sit down. The closest table was in use, and i didn’t feel like walking that far, so i asked the gentleman if he cared if i had a seat. He said yes. He was one of their people leaders. Liked the fact that he was eating the food that they made. The conversation was nice. Im not good with names but thank you, young man, for being kind. Will most definitely be eating here again.

Got food here in drive thru at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Long line took some time to get through. Heard a lot of good things about this chain and figured it was worth waiting in the line. When we finally got to the front of the line for pick up, they didn’t have our order ready and we had to sit in a parking space for over 5 more minutes to wait for our order. We only had 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, an order of nuggets, and fries. It took about 25 minutes from pull in to pull out. We don’t have Chick-fil-a where we live, so wanted to try it. Food was hot and good. Not “amazing” but the fries were very good. The staff who were taking orders were very polite. Bottom line: food is good but not worth waiting 1/2 hour in drive thru line.

The new build is so nice. Moved thru line quick, with shade from not one, but two roofs. As always, these young men and women are so courteous, and strive for excellence with every order. Most organized group of workers, just moving like a symphony. Calm, confident and friendly.

I ate here at 1:30 on a Sunday and it was hot and crowded. Of course, that’s not unusual at any Chick-fil-A. They brought our order to our table but forgot our milkshakes (we had to go ask for them). We asked our server where we could get condiments, and he kindly got everything for us. The food itself was subpar. I expected much better for the price I paid, but the chicken strips were small, overcooked, and greasy. The waffle fries were overcooked and dry. Our bill came to $25 for two orders of 3-piece strips, fries, and small shakes, which, in my opinion, is way overpriced for what you get. We both had upset stomachs a few hours later, and as that was the only meal we’d eaten, it was likely due to the greasy food. We will not go back.
