While their food is not bad, i do not like how their workers are treated. It doesn’t matter how freezing it is outside. It doesn’t matter how hot it is outside. They make people stand outside to take your order, when on days like that it would be much safer for the workers to maybe do a different job indoors taking the orders. This in itself is a reason why i will not support this place, among other reasons.

Always enjoy coming in. Tyonna makes my husband and I feel so welcome and seen, as if we are good friends coming over. The rest of the staff are also fantastic too. I appreciate that the parking lot and walk areas were salted so customers didn’t fall. Made travesing in winter conditions alot less nerve wrecking.

My 1st time visit to their place and really really enjoyed the dinning there. I went with the kids and the service was top. The staff are amazing and so kind. They keep coming and asked us serval times if we need anything and this Was much appreciated. The food was fantastic and I would highly recommend Chick- fil- A. Definitely will come again

This is my favorite restaurant, I go to the one in south Charleston WV, everyone there is nice and always asking if you need anything. I love the food, the grilled chicken sandwich is great. I recommend it anytime.

Very impressed. Food was fast, correct and hot. Staff is all friendly. Everyone is working hard and efficient. Restaurant is clean. Staff isn’t yelling and are constantly doing something even when not busy, though they usually stay busy. Prices are reasonable. Most efficiently run fast food restaurant anywhere.

Giving one star because there were people with no gloves on standing outside taking orders in temps well below freezing. Neither of the employees had gloves on- because wearing bulky gloves makes it hard to handle cash and credit cards. Why is the manager of this place forcing employees to take orders outside in the cold? Ridiculous. Nobody needs fast food so badly you should sacrifice human decency.

One thing I love about Chick-fil-A is that they treat customers the way they should be treated.. with respect. Always polite, I love the way they make lanes take turns in the drive through, keeping things stable & fair. There is order, routine, not chaos. The food is always good, always fresh. Price may be a little high to some but for the quality and overall easy experience its worth it. We are here weekly. Great staff, zero complaints
