I found a bug in my salad so I took it back to get a refund or another meal. I told her i didnt want another salad. The refund was going to take a few days so I then said ill just take another meal. I was giving another salad and decided to just take it when I didnt want to. I wasnt to request like a sandwich but they seemed busy so I just took it. But I didnt eat it. Still hungry.

Got in line that was at least 15 people deep. When I finally got to the front, there was only one register open, and the manager was carrying on a personal conversation with the other employees. I ordered a large drink and received a small one. I only ordered one item, How hard was it to get it right.

Anna is sweetest cashier. The owner Lee Hall runs a great operation. Ive been eating ChickFila since a kid and I’m 40. I mean this is one of the best ones ever. Top notch, love the staff. Wards Rd standalone is a 5* operation as well. Love em. My people. Keep up the great work.

I do not ever write reviews but today’s experience was worthy of it. This chick fil a is never honestly what I would expect from most locations I’ve been to. The main issue today was the food, which is outrageously priced to be served a hard under cooked French fry. I opened every chicken nugget to be sure it wasn’t raw. No one even really speaks to you or seems to have the standard chick fil a customer service it is known for.

We got there at 845 PM. Got our food to eat in, 4 of us. At 910 we were told we had to be out of there by 915! We only had our food a few minutes. Other than that it was great. Beware they close at 9!!!!!!!!

FYI, This is in a shopping mall. There is not a drive thru. Previous reviews and photos may indicate that, but they do not reference this location. Consistent food and timely.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered through the app, which doesn’t offer to pay at the location (and some do). The fries were cold and burnt. I took them back and asked for new ones. The guy that put the fries in the bag definitely had an attitude about it, like I was a burden.
The fries were hot but old and stale. More so like chips. They’re brown. I’m not sure if it’s because they haven’t changed the oil in a while or what. But these were the worst fries I’ve ever had from Chick-fil-A. I love Chick-fil-A. I’m highly disappointed

This is a super fast, small Chick-fil-A and it is spotless. Every time I go in there and every single time I get served, I am greeted with a smile. Fantastic fantastic place to spend your money.

This place is a well-oiled machine. I visited on a day where due to some power outages they had a massive influx of customers. Not to worry-the food was fresh and delicious, the staff were friendly. My food was delivered in a timely manner.
