I walked here for dinner with my family after plugging in my car at the Tesla Supercharger at the hotel across the street.
Great experience. Ordered a variety of items on the chick fil an app for table service and they all arrived promptly.
Staff were friendly as always with chick fil a. Nice location and I look forward to dining here if I’m ever back in Lexington again.

I was traveling Friday, 2026 with my family from Tennessee to Pennsylvania to see my parents. We stopped here for a late lunch take out about 1:30 PM. We went inside to order. The atmosphere and staff were very pleasant and helpful. A matter of fact, the person who took our order went out of her way to make sure we were happy. For instance, I asked for light ice for my soda. So she took a cup and put some ice in it and then asked me if it was my desired amount. That’s Chick-fil-A, customer service to a “T.” The food is always good, no matter what you choose. They were quite busy and still the wait was not long. I have never been disappointed with Chick-fil-A

We stopped here on a long road trip. Bathrooms were clean, service was fast. It was the best Chick-Fil-A sandwich we have ever had- looked like it came right out of a commercial and tasted amazing! Would highly recommend this location to others!

I was on a road trip and stopped to eat here. At first the line at the counter was very long as it was prime lunch time. But I was at the counter to order in about two minutes! I am always impressed by the efficiency of Chik-fil-A. The people were on point. There was a real team atmosphere for the employees.
There was no doubt about the fact that they are well-trained for their jobs. I would highly recommend this Chik-fil-A.

For starters, I think Chik-fil-A has the best quality fast food in the industry. Top that with a great atmosphere and thoughtfully designed stores, and you have a great brand. As for this particular restaurant, it was well-staffed, and although it was busy, our food came out, delivered to our table, in less than 3 minutes. The site was a bit too cold inside, so we went to the outside seating area. It had rained within the hour, so the seats were still wet. I gave a 4 for service because of the wet seats. Otherwise, the service was great, including the smiles and nice greeting.

I’ve stopped here for takeout more than 10 times over the past few years while I stop and charge my car and I’ve brought my small dog in with me every time, always carrying her. This time, I’m not sure if she was the manager but the older woman working was extremely rude and yelled at us to get out with our dog. There’s much nicer ways to communicate and clearly a lack of consistency in their policies. Will not be stopping here in the future. Treat your customers better and put a sign outside if it’s an issue. No other chick fil a has ever said anything and they always offer us treats for her.

I am so impressed in this Chick-fil-A with all the elderly people that work here and they doing an amazing job and keeping up better than the young folks. I just can’t believe it so anything is possible when I get up in age I have never seen nothing like this, and I’ve been at McDonald’s for 25 years and they got good customer service

Great stop, even from 81. Heading home we always stop here because its not far from 81 and its a great place for our kids to run around and stretch their legs. This location has a very nice indoor play area. Not a top pick for a bad gluten allergy but works for the rest of the family. Got to love the great customer service and fast food.

The best fast food restaurant in Lexington. It’s not even close. I’ve eaten at every single fast food place in and around Lexington over the years. McDonalds, Hardee’s, Burger King, Arby’s, KFC, and Taco Bell. None of the other fast food joints have the consistently good food, or service.
While others will occasionally put out a good meal, I’ve never had a bad meal at Chick-fil-A. It’s also the only fast food joint where you see some of that old school customer service. ie: service with a smile, and pleasant disposition. The others routinely act like they are doing you a favor, and could care less about your dining experience.
My recent trip I ordered an 8ct nugget meal. I had more than 8 pieces in my box. They were perfect, and my waffle fries were hot, & fresh. Their soda is pretty good too. Not as crisp as McDonald’s coke is, but a solid second in the fast food competition around Lexington.
I have zero reservations about eating here again, and again. So glad that Chick-fil-A decided to put a store in Lexington. I hope that their approach to customer service will infiltrate the other fast food joints in the area. I won’t hold my breath..
