Ultimately, the service is always friendly, but often I’ve noticed some disorder when the drive thru is split. My last 3 visits the filet gets smaller and smaller. At this most recent visit, it’s not even the length of the bun, all while prices are going up. I don’t plan to use this location any more because of it. Zero issues with this in Waynesboro.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite restaurant by far! I absolutely love their food! The only problem is the service from the Staunton location.
We have never gone to the drive thru and gotten our order correct. I’m talking 15 plus times since moving here. Last week we ordered our dinner plus an extra sandwich for our lunch the next day. Those extra sandwiches were just the chicken patties, cheese, and lettuce ~ no nun whatsoever! I took my patty back after work requesting the bun and was treated pretty badly by the girl at the window.
Last night our order was incorrect again so we circled back to have it corrected. When we got home we found that one chicken patty was regular and one spicy. Neither of us like the spicy patties and we had asked for regular.
It’s just frustrating. Our meals are costing close to $50 because we always order lunch for the next day at work. From a place that once was dead on always with orders to now go to being wrong each time ~ I just hate it. I still want to order from here but my fiance now refuses. He said we’ll drive to Waynesboro instead, as he now will not return to the Staunton location.
What happened here?
Why has the service become anything but service?

I always had amazing experiences at Chick-fil-A, no matter where, but my experience here was a bit disappointing. Although I would still give 4 out of 5 stars for the friendly service and clean atmosphere. The only problem was that our sandwiches felt a bit cold. Other than that, everything was good.

I made a mistake with my mobile order and had to speak with a manager to get it solved.
He was so friendly about it and helped resolve my issue with ease. He even gave me a free cookie as he could tell I was having a rough day.
Best service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Give that crew a bonus!

Well after 20+ years of ordering chick-fila I have officially found one location out of three states I have ordered from, that has finally disappointed me. Sorry Staunton but your service has definitely declined greatly. Send some staff to Waynesboro and see if that manager can train them better. If not try Winchester location they both know how to up hold Chick-fil-A standards. I pay Chick-fil-A prices because of service and quality so if both go down why not just go to another “clowns” establishment for less money and about same service and quality of food.

I stopped there and ordered a number seven combo, grilled chicken club for myself and my partner a number seven, grilled chicken club. Both of our sandwiches were kind of cold and our bread was “crumbly.” I had to heat it in the microwave when I arrived home. I also, while going through the drive-thru witnessed a lady accidentally moving packages on the drive-thru counter and the package ahead of mine fell in the trash can directly beside her. She looked around to see if anyone noticed, then took the package out of the trash can for the next customer. Although the food was still in the package, she should have remade the customers food. I called and spoke to the manager regarding my order and he seemed friendly and offered a replacement order on the meal. I returned for the replacement order and again the order was messed up with no sauces. Again, the bread seemed very dry, but the service was extremely rude. The lady at the drive-thru acted like I was bothering her having to replace an order. She was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. My partner went inside to get sauces that were not in the bag and she as well told me how rude the person was to her. I will not be going back to this restaurant….

Rude, no food provided! Ignored the customer, blamed customer for the mix up! Manager trying police how people act and saying well if you spoke better you’ be treated better. This is the 3rd time at this location of either not having my food or giving the wrong food. Chic fil a should be embarrassed providing this level of service!

Order the family meal with a 30 piece nuggets macaroni and cheese waffle fries two cookies and two brownies That was pretty good aside from two out of the three orders of fries were basically crumbs. I also ordered a market salad which is usually delicious however I had to pick out half of the lettuce because it was the yellow core part of the lettuce It’s supposed to come with blue cheese and had maybe one piece two possibly and the chicken was very very thin and dry. The service was awesome The lady at the drive-thru was very kind I had a few errands to run so I didn’t notice in time to take the food back well just the salad really

My husband and I placed our order of 1 Meal-Nugg 8 count, fries and drink and another order of just 8 count Nugg and drink. The order was placed at 11:32 am. We didn’t receive our order to the table until 12:05. I understand they were crowded and busy but we have NEVER had to wait this long for food at any Chick-fil-A before. Nothing was said about sorry for the delay or anything. Maybe short on help, I have no idea. I’m just glad it wasn’t at the drive through. As we waited I noticed an elderly gentleman cleaning or I should say wiping the tables as people left with a very small towel just pushing the crumbs on the floor. Used the same towel on all the tables. Crumbs on the seats were ignored. Just something management needs to address.

This is the nicest Chick-Fil-A I have been to. Mr. Roger is so kind and welcoming. The food was made very neatly, the seating area was very clean, and the area where to get extra supplies was very well organized.
