Always delicious and always impeccable service. Chickfila never disappoints. Next time you’re there for breakfast try the chicken biscuit with egg and cheese added. It’s a monster sandwich but quite yummy.

Chick-fil-A is the only fast food that does not make me feel sick or bloated so I eat there a lot. I work nightshift at a hospital and most nights can be rough so I like to get my breakfast and take a few minutes to decompress from my shift before I head home therefore the last thing I need is someones poor attitude ruining my morning. Literally every time I come through Cheryl Blevins comes across rude and unpleasant. She’s also either too short or too lazy to be handing out the window. She does not have the personality to be working the drive thru window. Most experiences are trash with her. Her vibe is “I hate my life”. When she’s not working the window it’s a great experience. Also the drive through is slow when she’s at the window handing out. I should not have to wait 20+ minutes with 3-4 cars in front of me.

Stopped here on road trip from TX. Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. walked in just after 8pm and worker is vacuuming rugs, rolling them up as patrons navigate around her to go to restrooms and dining area and get in line. Chairs are upended on top of tables. Numerous employees bustling around closing down while a few are doing drive thru orders with one girl taking inside orders. She would take an order, then prepare the drinks while people in line stood there watching her fill drinks, not taking the next order….with several other people just bustling around closing down the place before taking care of the customers. When we got our order, two orders of fries were soggy bits, not one actual complete waffle fry. The bowl of soup was 2/3 full, I usually get a cup, the quantity of soup in the “bowl” was less than the cup! Wow, NEVER will stop at this location again.

I really wished we had a Chick-fil-A in Richlands VA!!! We try to stop in for a quick bite when we travel to Bristol TN and it’s always great! I ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich combo and my son had the four piece chicken tender meal. Everything was really good, hot and fresh. We took a break to sit in the dining area and eat. The mood inside was so nice. The employees were friendly and even the other customers were just on a different level than what you find in most places. People were smiling at each other and one fella hollered out he had a son with a birthday that day so we ALL sang “Happy birthday” for him. Just a wonderful place all around.

What happened to the drive-thru? At any given time it takes at least 30 minutes! I was #2 to give my order and got food 35 minutes later. Little blonde taking order was rude and talked entirely too fast to understand the read back. Finally placed order after asking her to slow down 3 times.

45 minutes in drive thru. We wanted to leave, but we were trapped. Cashier tried to short us our change. Not sure if it was intentional or not. Food was cold by the time we got it. Asked for lite ice got full cup. 3 sips drink was gone.

Big fan of chickfila. But this is the slowest one I’ve been too. Why have over 20 curbside pick up spots to only be told by the app to get in the long line. I waited 25 minutes which isn’t usual for chickfila at all. Also you can’t go in to grab food either. Probably won’t return to this location.
