I just don’t know how to explain this but I went to McDonald’s this morning and my experiencing McDonald’s made me wanna come to Chick-fil-A and I would never be a customer at McDonald’s again because you have to make your own order when you wanna sit down and eat your food and I always like somebody to take my order, so I decided to come to Chick-fil-A. I don’t even wanna give nobody name because the whole staff is very very nice so I advised anybody to come to this Chick-fil-A to get them. Some food is good and fresh in the whole entire staff is very nice to the customer. Made me feel red at home so y’all could continue doing the good work. I am a highly satisfied customer.

I’m sitting in line waiting to order breakfast for a good 5 minutes when a worker comes out flips the menus on the car in front of me while they’re ordering their food and then when I get up to the window one minute after 10:30 they tell me they can’t serve breakfast now even though the the worker clearly seen us all sitting there previously waiting in line for breakfast great way to ruin my day appreciate it Chick-fil-A I will not be back after that shittiest customer service I have gotten in the longest time and I get no breakfast because I wasted what few minutes I had time to go to your restaurant and was denied breakfast because it was one minute past time when the other people finally got done ordering your employees really know how to piss your customers off most important meal of the day completely ruin thanks to Chick-fil-A new slogan right there

Through the drive through and proceeded on to our hotel where I realized we were missing an item for our toddler. I called back and because we were no longer in the area they weren’t able to refund and we couldn’t go back (it was late). After a few back and forth calls with some issues on the app the location sent me a few reward items to make up for the missing item. Just want to say thank you for the effort and if we were in the area I’d go back. Would recommend!

First visit to this Chick-fil-A on a day of traveling – stopping in fir lunch, it was packed, but the service was exceptional and quick. The staff were on top of it. The food was pretty good. Waffle fries came unsalted, but my nuggets were good. The place is very, very clean.
All in all, it’s a great restaurant. Highly recommend!

I used to love Chi-fil-a but lately its lacking. I told them please make sure my fries are hot and fresh the guy scoffed and said they’re always hot…surprisingly they weren’t. Actually all the food was barely Luke warm.

Great place to eat and fresh food and always the best employees. They will refill you’re drink for free and if you dine in, they bring you’re food to you and check on you every 15 to 20 minutes, my favorite place to eat. They are closed on Sunday’s.

I’m a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. As of this moment i have over 20,000 reward points, so needles to say i eat Chick-fil-A a lot. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience until today.
I’m on the way back to Texas while working in Virginia. I stopped at this Chick-fil-A and waited in line for almost 20 minutes before ordering.
I’ve been to Chick-fil-As all over the country and this is by far the slowest. It’s Saturday morning at 10:41Est, I can’t imagine how they handle peak lunchtime and dinner hours.
The waffle fries didn’t even taste fully cooked. I’ve submitted a picture for reference.
