Chick-fil-A does make a good chicken sandwich. This location in the mall is rather small. The resteraunt was clean and the staff seemed friendly. A good pick for a chicken sandwich.

Went there to get the sausage biscuit special. The service speed was quick. I got to work and started eating. I felt something in my mouth and pulled a black hair out of my mouth and halfway down my throat. I had to leave and go back home to change my clothes due to vomiting when the hair was pulled out. Just to answer the question if it could have been my hair? My answer to that a resounding NO! My hair is short and blond and gray not long and black. As you could guess, I didn’t finish my breakfast. Won’t be back!

This is the third time I’ve been and got the most horrible salad of my life if I wanted a wedge of lettuce I’d have went to the market ! Zaxby’s has an amazing salad ! People are amazing but I don’t eat chicken so for me it’s a no win !

This is now the third time I literally ordered only a plain chick fil a sandwich And again received The wrong item being something spicy bacon with spicy cheese slice on it and chicken was really spicy! Again SIMPLE but still they can’t fix this???? And starting to be a complete waste of not only my gas money but my time worth the trouble of getting home and being disappointed again!!

Worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Go to the one outside the mall instead. Has gotten multiple orders wrong. Doesn’t start preparing mobile orders until you get to the counter. Which makes ordering ahead completely useless. (The Pick Up sign is also useless, it tells you to go to the counter.) And then when they’re busy it takes way longer than any other Chick-fil-A to get your food. Usually seeing Chick-fil-A name means good service & food. This location is an exception.

Worst Chick Fil A experience I have ever had. I have always been a loyal patron to Chick Fil A due to the friendly service. This was the worst Chick Fil A I have ever visited. It started with placing the order. The employee taking the order seemed to act like his customers were causing him an inconvenience by being there. Now for the reason I am leaving this review. I had to throw my fries away. Not due to the fact that they were bad but due to some sauce policy they supposedly have that I have NEVER heard of before. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip combo and asked for some ketchup and bar be cue sauce. I went to eat my food and discovered that I had no ketchup. I thought no big deal I will go ask for some. I went to the register and they outright refused to give me ketchup because of some sauce policy. i have NEVER heard of this before. If this really is a thing I will not be dining at chick fil a again. Is the company that broke that they can’t afford to give customers ketchup? I can not eat fries with out ketchup and since they refused to give me a ketchup I had to throw them away. I was out the money and did not get to enjoy my fries.

I ordered an 8 piece nuggets meal, but when I took my food downstairs to some tables to eat (was way crowded and nowhere to eat inside Chick-fil-A), I only had 6 and 1/2 nuggets! I had to go all the way back upstairs and fight the crowd to get back to the counter. Now I have to say, the manager was on it when I told her. She went straight to the back to tell and show whomever what was inside the box. She then came back out and gave me a bag and said she put a 12 piece in there along with a cookie. I have to say I was pleased by that. I didn’t think that would’ve happened, but she was very nice and remedied the problem. I can say thank you for that. I’m just not used to Chick-fil-A shorting the nuggets in the box, but I’m glad it was fixed.
