Hello, starting. The service is i guess e okay? Very slow. We ate dinner here as DINE IN. A lady that worked there comes up to us saying “ you need to leave soon” while we were in the middle of eating. Workers really don’t care about their job. Usually, just rude. I DONT recommend.

First this is not a traditional Chick Fil A as it runs through Aramark with Longwood University. Hince why it there are some limitations of food such as no strips or soups. This location does not accept American Express, Discover and tap as well as all the other Aramark restaurants in the area (Moe’s Southwest, Panda Express, etc.

We stopped out of necessity. We were driving through the worst storm in 50 years of driving. Hail, lighting,thunder and massive amounts of rain. After an hour of hiding under the ATM drive thru, I pulled in front of Chick-fil-A and left my wife and 2 grandchildren in the car. While being trapped in the store, a tremendous clap thunder took out the power . After a minute of panic, the manager had the staff take my order and didn’t charge me for a much needed dinner.

Terrible customer service. Went in to order dinner, the server had a bad attitude and told me after I had started ordering that I needed to wait my turn. When my food was ready, the manager tossed my food onto the counter and walked away before I could ask for anything. They also forgot half the order and I had to go back to get the rest of it. Overall just a bad experience.

They should’ve did a drive thru. I hate going in there. I haven’t been in awhile. Last time I went the girl at the register was just like duuuhhh, looking at you, a little attitude going on. Ya know… I rather go to lynchburg or towards midlothian when I’m out that way and order food instead of farmville. I’m almost an hr away from midlothian and would rather go there. I haven’t been to this chick Fila in a couple of yrs. It’s just awkward. That’s farmville for ya. For the college kids I guess

I go to this location, time and time again about a few times a month, and I am always pleased. Yesterday, the line was ridiculously long and I did have to wait for my food awhile, but it was definitely worth it. The employees there are great, but I think Ethan knocks it out of the park with customer service. I noticed there are comments on here that say otherwise, but I have to disagree. He’s working every time I come in and always does a phenomenal job taking my order and everyone else’s. He’s by no means perfect (I notice he tends to get a bit moody from time to time (probably from working so much ) and does make mistakes when taking and giving orders out) but that withstanding, he’s a great employee and always does his best for everyone. Ethan gives so much for this Chick-f-la, and I feel that goes unnoticed by alot of people, let alone underappreciated. Overall, while I did have to wait a while for my food (which is why it’s 4 stars), everything else is great, and Ethan continues to be one of the best employees there.

This is an express location, so not all menu items are available and they do not accept gift cards.However, food is super tasty as always and the service is great! Don’t forget that Chick-fil-A sauce!

Stopped by on the way to Lynchburg. They were having machine problems so you could not order the waffle fries! Chick-fil-A waffle fries are the best part of the meal. I try to go go to this Chick-fil-A, but my dad needed to use the bathroom so the lack of a drive through was not a inconvenience this time. A very busy restaurant, but orders were filled fast. Clean place, 3 stars because I wanted the fries.
