This place is a joke. They serve all doordash orders first. So unless you’re doordashing don’t bother coming in here. The manager sucks. They don’t give a crap about their employees or the people that order food from here. Go to Cane’s you’ll get better service and better food

A eatery inside the mall, personalize service by calling you out by name, instead of a number. My order was fast. The chicken strips were excellent, hot, tender just right. But the wafer fries need work, I need them hot, since I’m eating on the spot. The lemonade drink was also on point.

I absolutely love dealing with Jason and his team. Their curbside service is so convenient and they are always friendly and fast. On top of that, they give you a free item with your curbside order on M-F. I send all my friends to this location!

This is one of the best Chick Fil As I have been to! With multiple children, I usually order curbside. It is always brought out with a smile within a reasonable time frame. The owners are an amazing family, and are always supporting our local schools and staff, as well as the community. Highly recommend!

We ordered from this location due to it was quicker to get our order compared to the one by Walmart this evening and it was a mistake. We spent $59.78 on total!! Got 5 large fries at $4 each and none of them were full but 2 of them were half full and the fries were soggy and discolored, their oil is dirty by the looks of these!! If it let me post a picture of these fries I would, but it’s doesn’t give me that option .
We ordered 1 deluxe spicy chicken sandwich, 1 deluxe chicken sandwich extra pickles, 2 regular chicken sandwiches without pickles and 1 regular chicken sandwich, which were good, besides a few burnt pieces on the buns and they were all made correctly.
This was a special treat for our family of 6 and it’s bad enough inflation is high, so it’s rare we are able to do anything, but it’s very upsetting we don’t even get everything we paid for. Missing fries and the fries were awful. I know how chick fila fries look and taste like, as well as how full a large fry box is supposed to be.
Had some issues with the food at this location in the past and is one reason we stopped participating in the Colonial Heights school events here. They definitely need to improve, the location next to Walmart is busier and does better most of the time. Chester one is the best hands down. In a perfect world all locations would be equally great, providing consistent quality food etc.
