Come on guys I know I used rewards for my $7.09, 4 strip entre but really I got large chicken nuggets. The box of 12 nuggets I also ordered was 2x heavier. Let’s try and do better. This place is pretty busy during the main rush hour times. The staff here is excellent and always ready to help. They have a kids indoor playground here which is a huge plus for families with kids. Parking can be tricky during rush hour but there is usually parking even if you can’t get a spot at the restaurant.
We come here quite often with our kids and family and would recommend this location.

Do not order food from here from 7:45pm an on. Both 12 piece nugget were pieces of dried left over grissel. Out of “24 nuggets” there were maybe 5 actual edible nuggets. Not only were we completely disappointed, but utterly disgusted that Chick fil A would even consider boxing this up for a customer to eat. Of course by the time we get home it’s too late to go back and they won’t answer when we call.

Are we being for real? This happens every time I go at 8pm. I go in through the drive threw and every time I go there it seems they’re always training someone new. Today I got off work and went through, and asked for 2 chicken tenders meals, and to replace the drinks with milk shakes. Simple. The price seemed right and I drove home. They gave me 2 kids meals, and full price for the milkshakes, so paid the same price for 2 adult meals. It seems like the minute it hits 8pm the staff just give up. This is sad. Obviously I didnt order 2 kids meals.

Great food as with every chickfila, and they have a decent clean play area for the kids with a slide. My toddlers enjoyed the break out of the car on our road trip.

Majority of the time I’ve been here, they’ve gotten my order wrong. Whether it’s forgetting to put food in my bag, or just straight up giving me wrong food. They need to train their employees on IPOS better, and have them always repeat orders. I notice at other CFA they do but not at this winterpock one.

Starting to think this location intentionally omits items on delivery orders carried out through door dash. I order via chick fil an app with door dash delivery and never fails that an item is missing. An entire chicken sandwich not in the order. Bags were sealed and unopened so not a door dash issue. I got through the complaint process on the app and it’s is a revolving door that circles back to the transaction, click the link, back to the transaction. Click the “submit feedback” and then “problem with my order” and it goes back to select the transaction. Then click the link and back to the beginning. Been on hold for 15 minutes with the location and no one ever answers. It’s starting to be an overly familiar thing and I think this location knows there is zero recourse so they do it and do it and do it because they know there isn’t a thing you can do about it. If the complaint process doesn’t work and calls go unanswered then it’ll never be addressed.

My family and I order from chickfila once a week every single week and have for years. The last SIX weeks in a row something has been wrong with our order every single time. It’s gotten ridiculous. Does anyone double check the order before putting them out? We always go to this location. It used to happen once in awhile and on occasion I might email about it. But now it happens every single week. The last time I emailed, the manager emailed me to tell me that I should be checking my order before leaving the store. (I was getting home and realizing something was left out.) Okay… I think the employees also need to check the order but I did what he said and started checking before I walked out and again, every week for 6 weeks now something has either been completely missing or made incorrectly. More often, something was completely missing. It’s one thing to check to make sure everything is in my order before I walk out the door. I should NOT have to open all 5 sandwiches prior to exiting to make sure they are prepared correctly… which has also been a prpblem lately. This week, my son’s sandwich was missing all the extras we paid for. I had checked for all items but, no, I did not open the sandwiches before I left because that is ridiculous. His package even had the correct information on the bag but wrong sandwich. 6 weeks in a row. Our weekly order may need to stop until people start checking their work.
But more than that, I think upset about the fact that the manager basically blamed me for not checking my order prior to leaving instead of taking responsibility for the fact the staff is frequently getting orders wrong. Chick-fil-A always delivers a great experience, and this location was no different. Ordering was super easy, and even though there was a line, everything moved quickly and efficiently. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, definitely lived up to their reputation for great customer service. Our food was made perfectly, fresh, and hot. They even gave us extra sauce without having to ask twice, which was a nice touch. It was a smooth in-and-out stop, and everything about the visit was pleasant. Definitely one of the better fast food stops out there!

From the amazing customer service to the relaxing atmosphere, you can not go wrong with Chick-Fil-A. On top don all of that, the food is undeniably delicious and unforgettable.
