I love CFA. But this totally disappointed me. I ordered a Cobb salad and i finally was excited to enjoy it. But it has beans on it. I never once asked for that. Ruined the whole salad for me. I get being busy but again i ordered a cobb not a southwest salad.

The food is great, as always. This location is special, the employees here Makena point to know who their regular customers are. My daughter loves eating here and I’d say most of the morning staff know her by name. They know her usual order and always check to make sure it’s right. Aside from that, all the staff greet customers with a smile and are professional in what they do. Great job!

I’ve genuinely never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A before, You guys really need to take time focus and Energy to train the untrained individuals you have at the front counter. This is the second Instance at this exact location that I walk in there’s 45 or six people standing at the front counter. Nobody greets me. Nobody asked me if I’m waiting for an order. I walked to the pick up line and got ignored, so I patiently waited in line while everybody else ordered their food. The lady told me I’d have to go back to the pick up line so I did and then a man told me that for DoorDash orders I’d have to go outside and wait in the freezing cold while it’s 18° outside. I will never be back to this location. I will choose to drive farther and go to the Chick-fil-A in Colonial Heights. There’s a reason why that they’re doing so much better on SNOI

Always a great experience. I like to place bottle business and how they employ loads of people which helped the economy and they also serve clothes. People which help the economy. I can’t say really. Anything bad about Chick-fil-A in a honesty? The cleanest most respectable restaurants out there. If there is just one thing that I hadn’t complained about, it would be the temperature that they keep the restaurants at.

The food is delicious and fresh, everything is well-cooked. The service is excellent; the staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Ronald is a very kind and helpful person. I visit this place to enjoy the delicious food and spend time with my daughter so she can play in the play area. I highly recommend it.

One of the better Chick-fil-A. Very clean. Staff even offered to take our tray. Strips and nuggets were fresh and cooked perfectly. It even has a play area for kids which seems more rare these days.

Was in the area photographing bald eagles and stopped by here on 8/29/24. The usual awesome service that I receive at any location. I ordered the 3 chicken strip meal. Food was hot and delicious. I wouldn’t expect anything else from Chick-fil-A. I would recommend this location.

I was looking forward to my cobb salad today but the chicken was very salty. I mean way more than usual. Then the fries which never seem to have any salt was also overly salted. A total waste of time and money.

My 9 year old Granddaughter and I were here for breakfast, but she thought she could order lunch items. Once we found out she couldn’t get lunch yet, the only thing she ordered was a fruit cup. I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hash rounds and orange juice. I enjoyed my breakfast. It was very tasty. Our order was brought to the table for us once it was completed, which was very nice.
