The food was good but the customer service and everything else needs some work. i order and i never got my drink and no one even asked me i ever got it. had to get up and go get it myself. and when i did ask for it in the front counter one of the girls looked at me like what you doing here?

This location needs to train others – and I’m looking at you, Chesapeake Sq – on how to make the Southwest Chicken Salad. When you are paying $10 for a fast food salad, you should receive a full container. At this location, it was perfection. Ches Sq should only charge about $6.50 for theirs, accordingly. Also, the staff here were all active when I walked in to retrieve my order. At other locations, you’ll see associates stationary at their terminals as though actually tethered, despite no customers waiting to place an order. Meanwhile, other staff are darting around them to fulfill orders. Customers see this and the impression is you couldn’t care less about their order once you took their payment. At this Chick-fil-A, it was like an ant colony, just a flurry of activity. Customers appreciate this, or at least I do.

I’ll never understand why it’s 15 associates standing behind the counter talking to each other yet it takes forever for the food to come out, even when ordering ahead with mobile. You walk inside the restaurant and the associates just stand there and look at you like you’re crazy instead of greeting you and saying hello. I stood at the register to pickup my mobile order, the young man on the registered looked at me several times but never acknowledged me, simply continued his profanity filled conversation. I know Chick-fil-A is still a fast food restaurant but at least it has to be one with class.

This restaurant is near downtown Norfolk, which is great! Some of the best services I’ve had the privilege of receiving. But the drive-through will throw you for a loop! And the locals will not have mercy on you for not knowing your way around!

Asked for grilled chicken sandwich and got fried. Asked for no pickles. Got pickles. Asked for splenda with unsweetened tea. Received no splenda. Cashier over the microphone stated bill was 37ish dollars. Asked her to recalculate and she came up with 25ish dollars.

I was traveling stopped to actually go to restroom. Place was very busy. Impressed with one of the workers with how she took time to wash her hands correctly before going back out to work the counter she even inspected here uniform making sure her appearance was spot on, very impressive.

The guy in drive thru taking orders was great. The receiving of food was great. Fried were not as hot as cold have been. Nuggets were ok. There was a line in the drive thru so assuming food was waiting for me to come around.
