For a grand opening, I expected things to be a bit more controlled, even if it wasn’t perfect yet. Instead, the service was poor, the food quality was disappointing, and the overall experience felt completely uncoordinated. It honestly took away from the excitement of having this location in the neighborhood.
It’s especially frustrating because the Chick-fil-A sets such a high standard—they run like a well-oiled machine every single time. I really hope this new location takes notes and improves quickly, because right now, it’s a huge letdown.
