Service was quick and plentiful. All associates were polite even when it was busy. Tables and surfaces were constantly being cleaned. Less than 5 minute wait for the food. Reggie was very helpful, getting us what we asked for with no hesitation and no complaints. Would gladly come back to dine-in.

If there were an Olympic sport for customer service, Taylor at Chick-fil-A would be bringing home the gold, the silver, AND the bronze. I’m convinced Taylor doesn’t clock in — they descend from the heavens each morning to bless the drive-thru line.
From the moment I ordered, it felt like I had a personal concierge for chicken sandwiches. My drink never went below 90% full before Taylor somehow appeared with a refill like a hospitality ninja. The fries? Crisp perfection. The sauce selection? Curated like a fine art exhibit. The “my pleasure”? I’m pretty sure angels harmonized in the background.
In a world full of chaos, long lines, and wrong orders, Taylor is the calm, waffle-fried hero we don’t deserve but desperately need. If Chick-fil-A ever decides to name a location after someone, I vote for “Taylor’s House of Legendary Service.”
Give this person a raise, a crown, and possibly their own holiday.

Always have good service at this location, particularly with the drive thru. Also has a kids playground inside and most parents are good about being attentive to their children (sometimes see older kids…10-12 in the play place which is hard when you have younger kids)

I went there walked in when I knew I should’ve went to the drive-through because that’s what business is prioritized but I walked in. I paid my 643 for a large fry and a diet lemonade and it was taken. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for the product and walked out without any product. Great job to all that evening. I hope the employee is eating behind the counter. enjoyed their fries and their drink.

The playplace is a gem! Clean, well-maintained, and a great place for our kids to get their wiggles out on long drives into Virginia. The staff have been consistently nice and accommodating. And the food is Chick-fil-A

Food is on par with usually Chick-fil-A standards as long as you get there before 9 but the frequency in which the drive thru at this location gets orders wrong is appalling. If there was another location even reasonably closer in distance to me I would pick that one instead. Staff is friendly but could do a better job ensuring order accuracy in both the inputting and packaging. Also don’t bother upgrading the fries. You will be shorted either way.

This Chick-fil-A has won my heart! They are true example of their commercial come to life. I love Lauren and the girls outside at lunch. Their bright, smiling face makes me feel welcome each and every time. And the young lady with the braids at the actual window, she always has a smile and my order is always right.
