I’ve ordered delivery two weeks in a row, and both times did not receive items that ordered. I called the store and was told by an assistant manage that they couldn’t replace the items. She told me call the delivery service. While I do understand their position on this, they have to also understand the position of the customer that is paying for their food. I’m not going back.

Missed multiple items on our order, so in the end we overpaid for what we got and was still left hungry. Love chick fil a but was a little disappointed by this location. Forgot fries for everyone, all sauce and salad dressings, soda was all ice no drink. Do better.

Update: 09/22/2023.
They have been using separate bags for the napkins and sauce and trying multiple avenues to keep them from getting soggy which is a huge thing as they are listening to reviews. The straps have been great and lines move smoothly back to 5 stars

This review will eventually be updated but I’ve been here multiple times now. The overall experience has been great. Good customer service quick food easy ordering(only drive thru).
The food has had ups and downs. I usually get 4 strips with a large fry and a large sweet tea. I read some other reviews and it has been a habit to throw the napkins on top of the fries. No Bueno as it causes soggy napkins. The fry container is not always full which is very irritating. The nuggets however have always been at least a 8 out of 10. Once in a while too much crispy batter but otherwise they have been great.
I will continue to come here and adjust the review as I see fit 🙂

Well literally just there like 20 minutes ago for breakfast. Ordered through the Drive Thru, and with my order asked for grape jelly. On the bag it’s listed for 3 grape jelly, instead I was given 2 strawberry jellies. I’m allergic to strawberries, definitely not a good look.

Last 3 times I have been there, not like another one I have ever been too. From the way employees act management is probably the problem, slow service, wrong items or prepared incorrectly. Would rather go to Wendy’s across the street. And they are terrible too.

I visited this location on the way South to a destination wedding of sorts. There’s plenty if parking and a Target and Starbucks a stone’s throw away. I purchased the caramel shake, new palmetto cheese chicken sandwich and Waffle fries. There’s ample seating, a playground for the children, adrive through, and I found the staff to be engaged and responsive as you would expect from this chain. The food came out quick and hot and was a positive, warm environment that offered more than your typical rest stop.

We typically don’t have issues with this location. I ordered through the mobile app and did curbside pick-up since the order was slightly larger than we normally do. It took me 20 minutes to get from home (where I placed the order) to the store and I was quoted 30 minutes for pick-up ready time. I had to wait over an hour for some of the food to be fixed (no they were not busy). Then when the food came out it was not even hot. They fries were cold and the sandwiches were slightly warm. The soup (which is what I had to wait for) was just warm as well. They did offer to change my order when I first arrived from the soup to something of equal or lesser value (when ordering on the app they can not give a refund) since the soup was not ready and would take 20 minutes to make a new batch. I opted to wait since it was for my sick kids and it should have only taken 20 minutes. 20 minutes later the shift manager came out and asked the same question and said it would be another 20 minutes before the soup would be ready did I want to change it. I again said no since I needed the soup for the sick and was not going to go home with food for everyone but them… common since!!! After another hour they brought out the food. So I sat for almost 2 hours waiting just to get cold fries and slightly warm food.

Eating at a Chick-fil-A is always tasty. Unfortunately it’s also very expensive unless you know the tricks to save money. One trick is order a four pack of chicken tenders and 2 buttered buns. This will cost only 2/3 as much as buying two chicken sandwiches.
